Even less than one star! TERRIBLE STAFF! The most difficult and disorganized airport I have ever seen in my life (I'm 40 and used to traveling with small children). At security, the employees behaved really badly, out of incompetence and arrogance. They moved my few items randomly into 10 bins, then they forcibly stacked the bins one inside the other, with the risk of breaking my personal belongings (prescription sunglasses) and making repacking my bags much longer and more difficult than necessary, even for a methodical and fast person like me. FURTHERMORE, they told me very rudely to hurry up. An employee stepped on my children's clothes while I was asking her not to; she didn't even acknowledge me. I told the employee that I felt like I had been catapulted into the Middle Ages, and she replied arrogantly for me to calm down. The trip to the city of Paris was truly fantastic, and all the passersby I met along my way were really very kind, making me want to return again. But this Paris airport NEVER AGAIN!! I could NEVER recommend it! The train is better.
Driver was on time and very friendly. Communicated through WhatsApp to verify amount of luggage.

The driver (we had the same one fyom and to CDG) was great. Not only was he a super driver, he took time to show us some sights in Paris. Car was clean and very comfortable. We’d highly recommend using the company.

Everything was great except the car reeked of cigarettes. But the ride was fast, car was clean, driver was pleasant and accommodating.
