Kubuqi-woestijn is de 7e grootste woestijn in China. Deze privédagtour laat je starten vanuit Hohhot en vervolgens ongeveer 300 km naar het westen rijden naar het Night Singing Sand-gebied in het centrum van de Kubuqi-woestijn. Geniet dan van het plezier in de woestijn. U kunt de tour met gids of zonder gids selecteren. Houd er rekening mee dat de chauffeur alleen Chinees spreekt wanneer u de tour zonder gids selecteert, maar de chauffeur kan een mobiele telefoon gebruiken om te vertalen wanneer dat nodig is. Ophalen bij uw centraal gelegen Hohhot-hotel is om 8 uur. Let op, dit is een lange dagtour.

Om 8 uur wordt u opgehaald bij uw centraal gelegen Hohhot-hotel en neemt u vervolgens 3,5 uur met de auto naar de Kubuqi-woestijn (Night Singing Sand Area). Kubuqi-woestijn is de 7e grootste woestijn in China. Wanneer je aankomt in Night Singing Sand Area, zul je hier genieten van de leuke tijd, over het zand wandelen of kameelrijden enz. Houd er rekening mee dat het hier in juli en augustus erg heet is en dat u meer water moet drinken. In de middag ga je met de auto terug naar je Hohhot hotel waar de prachtige dagtour eindigt.

I used service from Chaolu tour guide in Hohhot , program 2 days 1 night to Xilamuren grassland and Kubuqi desert. It was amazing trip for us ,horse riding , comfortable and beautiful yurts, funny activities as archery in grassland and camels riding, zip line, ATV and sand sliding in desert. Travel another 1 day in city to visit Dazhaosi ,Jaojun tomb and 5 pagodas. We appreciated our guide, Mr.Chaolu so much. He was so kind ,helped us everything while we were traveling. I knew his name from review in Tripadvisor and tried to search how I contacted him. Finally I found him at Synotrip(guide in Hohhot) and chat with him via WhatsApp later. I confirm he is the best guide who will make trip in inner Mongolia very easy!!!

Ivy is a great guide and the driver is also great especially compared to all the other drivers I have had in China. The ride was smooth and I got a good nap both ways. The desert is fantastic, the issue being the lack of activities, or more the fact that every activity needs someone to do it for you. Ride a camel, someone leads, drive a 4 wheel bike, you're not driving you're sitting on it while someone else drives. Not what I wanted of a visit to the desert, I was looking forward to driving a bike around the sand dunes. Still worth the visit, but only spent probably less than an hour for 8 hours of driving.
