We nemen je mee naar de meest aantrekkelijke wijk buiten de hoofdstad. We laten u drie historische plekken zien langs de op één na langste rivier van Europa. We bezoeken eerst de grootste kathedraal van ons land in Esztergom. We brengen u dan naar Visegrád (voormalige Koninklijke residentie) om u het adembenemende uitzicht over de Donaubocht te laten zien. Hier bezoeken we het kasteel van Visegrad en heeft u de mogelijkheid om een kleine lunch te nuttigen in een mooi Hongaars restaurant. Aan het einde van de tour rijden we naar Szentendre, een mooi kunstenaarsdorpje dicht bij de hoofdstad. Szentendre een voormalige kunstkolonie en vandaag een bohemien centrum met grote galeries en uitstekende musea. Terug naar de stad met de auto.

The four of us met Gabor in our hotel lobby to begin our six-hour private guided tour of Danube Bend on April 21, 2026. We quickly discovered that he was a friendly and easy-going guide with a deep understanding of local history. Even though the tour exceeded six hours, he was willing to make adjustments to suit our needs. It's nice to have him as our guide.

We had an absolutely wonderful day on our private tour from Budapest! Full day guided tour with Gabriel provided a wonderful experience and understanding of the complex history of Hungary. With the comfort of an air conditioned van in 30 degree heat, the tour was very pleasant with the scenery and explanation on historic significance of each site. Highly recommended

Traveling with Gabriel could not have gone better! Not only was he extremely kind and polite, he was also so knowledgable. We absolutely loved the tour of the Danube River Bend. Gabriel was an amazing guide and truly made the trip special. He is full of information and allows you to explore at your own pace and do any activities you’d like. The sites and towns are out of a fairytale and definitely worth exploring while in Budapest. Gabriel made this trip so memorable is by far the best guide we’ve ever had. Would most definitely recommend!
