Private Cooking Class bij Cesarina's Home in Pisa

Dompel uzelf onder in een privé-kookles in het huis van Cesarina, leer de geheimen van de beroemdste gerechten uit de keuken van Pisa en proef het fruit van uw arbeid vergezeld van een glas lokale wijn. Tijdens de les onthult de Cesarina de kneepjes van het vak van 3 authentieke regionale recepten. Veel plezier met het testen van je kookkunsten. Elke deelnemer heeft een werkstation uitgerust met keukengerei en alle ingrediënten om de afwas te maken. Proef vervolgens alles wat je hebt bereid, vergezeld van een selectie rode en witte lokale wijnen.

Alle Cesarine zijn altijd heel voorzichtig en attent op de belangrijke sanitaire regels die nodig zijn, zelfs nu nog meer! De huizen bieden alle essentiële sanitaire voorzieningen voor de gasten (papieren handdoeken om handen te wassen, handdesinfecterende gel, enzovoort). Denk eraan om altijd 1 meter afstand van elkaar te houden en zo niet, draag maskers en handschoenen

My husband and I had the most wonderful experience with our hostess, Flora and her husband, Claud. We actually got to make our own dessert and learned how to make pasta, which we ate for dinner. We had thoughtful conversations with our hostess and host as we were contemporaries and if it hadn’t been for our long ride back we would have stayed much longer. It was like having dinner with two old friends.
Elena was so hospitable, welcomed us into her home, shared some delicious recipes along with a tasty cocktail! We sat and enjoyed appetizers , pasta dishes and dessert that we helped prepare a nice glass of red wine, lemoncello and finished off with espresso ! Elena and her husband Silvio were such warm and friendly people we enjoyed our time with them so much !! Such a GREAT experience and a MUST DO!

Super nice hosts in a home atmosphere. Our dishes were well done thanks to guidance from Elena and the dinner together is then the highlight.
It’s good to know that this service pairs you with a cook after booking. Valeria was warm, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable as soon as I got to her home. We learned how to make 3 courses, and I felt like my experience was personal, confident building and authentic. I’m so glad I booked this class and I can’t wait to try making pasta for my friends at home. She kindly gave me some of her homemade tomato sauce to take away and try too! Thank you Valeria!
Our Cesarina's were a wonderful couple in a charming home in the middle of beautiful Tuscany! They made us feel welcome from the first minute we got there and we enjoyed the entire 4-hour visit.
