Zorg dat u 10 minuten voor de geplande tijd bij de lobby of ophaallocatie van het hotel aanwezig bent.Als u opgehaald wilt worden bij Bandar Bentan Telani (BBT), zal onze Gids er zijn om u te begroeten. (Zorg ervoor dat u ons voorziet van uw veerboot ticket informatie.) Voor drop-off op Bandar Bentan Telani (BBT), laat ons weten uw ferry vertrektijd (van Bintan naar Singapore). Een dag voor uw activiteit sturen we u het kenteken van de auto samen met de gegevens van uw chauffeur of Gids voor uw gemak.

Harry was a wonderful and patient guide! He was able to thoroughly answer our questions, translate between us and the local residents, and safely drive us to all of our adventures around Bintan! We highly recommend this service!
Ali was absolutely wonderful. He suggested a gem of a place that we had ever heard of, and I loved it so much that I will do it again the next time I visit!
Harry was the best! I would definitely recommend a private car. Ours held 6 American people maybe 7 Philippino people... and $46 is a steal divided by 6! We lucked out and got Harry, he spoke English well, was knowledgeable about the places he took us. Took us places we hadn't even asked to go that were perfect! We had him for 2 days and saw everything here plus had 2 amazing lunches. He made our time in Bintan so special!
Our tour was exceptional right from our pick up at our resort. Heri asked if we had anywhere in particular we wanted to go, we decided he would be best to choose our itinerary. We toured through the mangroves, visited a coffee plantation that also had banana trees and bee hives. Never tasted coffee or honey better!!! We also visited Blue Lake and Buddhist Temples. Every second of the day was excellent. Heri was very knowledgeable and friendly. You need to book this day tour!! 10/10

I had the most incredible experience with my driver in Bintan, and I cannot recommend him enough. From the moment I was picked up, everything felt seamless and elevated. The car was spotless, spacious and extremely comfortable, making the entire journey feel like a true VIP experience. He showed me around the island with great care and attention, taking me to the most beautiful locations including the Blue Lake, the Sand Dunes and an amazing snorkelling spot. Every part of the day was thoughtfully planned and perfectly executed. What truly made the experience unforgettable was how attentive and helpful he was throughout the day. He went above and beyond by capturing stunning photos of me at each location, including some of my favourite shots from the trip. He clearly knew how to find the best angles and made the entire experience feel effortless and enjoyable. Overall, this was more than just a driver service, it was a complete experience. Professional, kind, attentive and truly exceptional. A dream experience from start to finish.
I booked this private transport as I wanted to explore some of Bintan before being dropped off to our resort. It allowed us to come to Bintan early and explore well before check in time. I had a loose idea of what we wanted to do and our driver Harry, who was fantastic, gave some suggestions that were well suited to us. Once booked received communication the in the days leading up and provided them the pick up and drop off locations. Nothing was a problem

The island has good road and not much traffic. Island people are super friendly and accommodating. Our driver Harri is experienced and can read what we like and dislike. He was agile in fitting our interest with our schedule. We had him for two full days and he did a good job in introducing the culture and history of Bintam to us. Super good hearted and genuinely kind young man.
