Very polite and professional driver picked us up at Osaka airport to drive us to our hotel in Kyoto. We were greeted at airport and helped with our luggage. The van was large enough to fit our 8 suitcases. The van was clean and comfortable. Driver bought us water which was a nice touch. We arrived with no issues.
Make sure to confirm your drop off and pick up location. We assumed the drop off Location was according. The driver drove us to the wrong hotel with almost similar name.
Thank you for your feedback. According to the booking we received, the drop-off location was listed as Miyako Hotel Kyoto Hachijo. However, upon arrival, the guest informed the driver that the destination was incorrect, which caused the confusion. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. To avoid similar issues in the future, we kindly recommend confirming the exact hotel name and address prior to the trip, especially as there are properties with very similar names. We appreciate your understanding and your valuable feedback.
Okada was wonderful! Great communication 24 hours prior to pick up. Okada even went to a convenience store to pick up some food for us to get us started at our ARBnb. We were so tired it was a good choice to get a car instead of the train or taxis
Excellent trip, made the transit very easy. We were met right outside of arrivals and then taken directly to the hotel. After a long flight this was very helpful.

Pickup from Kansai airport to Kyoto. Driver confirmed the night before flight and morning of. Our flight was delayed and he said not to worry, he would wait for us. Traveling from the U.S. to Japan we were a little nervous about getting picked up but he totally put us at ease.
