Boekingsbeveiligingscontrole: Bij het ophalen kan de hoofdreiziger worden gevraagd om de originele Viator-voucher, een geldig identiteitsbewijs met foto dat overeenkomt met de boekingsnaam en de betaalkaart die is gebruikt voor de betaling te tonen. Een handtekening kan ook vereist zijn. Als de kaarthouder niet reist, neem dan contact op met Viator Support voordat u hem ophaalt. De betekening kan worden opgeschort totdat de verificatie is voltooid. Er worden geen kopieën van uw ID of betaalkaart bewaard. - Transfer tussen BKK Airport van / naar DMK airport ether tussen het hotel in de buurt van de luchthaven zal extra kosten THB 500 - Voor Auto of Sedan 1 - 2 passagiers toestaan maximaal 2 koffers en 2 carry-on tassen, voor meer koffers kunt u een boeking maken voor Van 3 - 4 personen

We flew from Phuket to Bangkok. We ended up getting an earlier flight from Phuket & literally we had to run to get the flight. I sent a quick message to say we would be getting into Bangkok airport earlier. They responded back immediately & confirmed they could pick us up earlier! Absolutely flawless transaction from booking to pickup. Was contacted before trip, and all through pick up. They were on time waiting for us in the airport and van was outside ready to go! Excellent driver as well. Highly recommend if coming to Bangkok.

I have been using Viator for many years, and overall they are a good company. However, I got to Gate number Four about an hour later then expected because I had a difficult experience with immigration. The Viator representative did not have a sign, and was standing off to the side. I had to ask her if she represented the company, and she stated she did. She was also meeting another Asian party , and put them in a car first even though I had gotten their first.. A car came for me ,and I am so grateful to driver for getting me to my chosen destination. He was excellent, and the representative was not at.

The operator arrived very promptly (even well before our scheduled pickup time), and sent me several messages with details and photos of where we would meet at the airport. The coordinator at the airport also sent a photo of my sister and me to the driver, so he recognized us where we went to meet the vehicle outside the airport terminal. The vehicle they used was comfortable and had plenty of room, especially since we were the only passengers.

They were right there waiting with a sign for us. The driver was there right away. Other services we tried at this airport were not as good as this one, we had to call find the spot, and they had like 20 names on placards. This time with this company it was one person one name and very easy
