The service provided exceeded expectations. From the first contact Francis attended very cordially, clarifying the doubts about the services and as to the values. At the time of the meeting at the airport they were ready to wait, with the indication of the names and the constant cordiality. He took us to the requested locations and the other day picked us up at the hotel to take us back to the airport. They were super punctual. The vehicles used are of high quality and very good. My flight arrived 30 minutes early, but when I got out the driver was already waiting for me, with a sign with my name, and I was quickly whisked off to Luanda. I found Costa Phoebe easy to deal with and would definitely use them again!

I had an extremely positive experience with the Transfer Service from Costa Phoebe in Luanda. The driver Gouveia was punctual, helpful and very kind. The car was very comfortable, very clean and with air conditioning that brought comfort to the Mood. The contacts made with the Enterprise were always promptly answered, even on Sunday. Amazing service. We arrived at Luanda airport and as soon as we were out he was waiting for us at the exit door with a sign with my name on it and it was so professional that we decided to book it for our return and he was early again, which is very rare in Luanda( do to traffic, etc). No doubt we recommended 100%
