Aankomst: Uitgangsband in de aankomsthal (uitgangsband met glazen deur) die zich het dichtst bij de aangewezen bagageband van uw vlucht bevindt. Vertrek: haal alle klanten op vóór de aankomsttijd van de vlucht of 4 uur vóór vertrektijd naar de luchthaven

- Elke reiziger mag maximaal 1 koffer meenemen. Overmaatse of extra bagage (surfplanken, golfclubs, fietsen etc.) kunnen aan bepaalde beperkingen zijn onderworpen. Informeer bij de lokale touroperator vóór uw reisdatum
- Het voertuig wordt toegewezen op basis van het aantal passagiers.
- De vertrektransfer wordt 4 uur vóór de vertrektijd opgehaald voor zowel internationale als binnenlandse vluchten
- Wachten op de luchthaven tot 75 minuten na de landingstijd
- Als er ten minste 24 uur voor aankomst geen vluchtinformatie aan ons is verstrekt, vindt er geen restitutie plaats. Zorg ervoor dat u niet bent vergeten ons de vluchtgegevens te geven.
- De aankomsttransfer volgt de werkelijke landingstijd van uw vlucht. Als u echter een speciale ophaaltijd wilt aanvragen of de luchthaven wilt verkennen, dient u ons hiervan vooraf op de hoogte te stellen vóór uw aankomstdatum.
- Mocht u vertraging oplopen door onvoorziene omstandigheden die verder gaan dan de wachttijd, dan kunt u ons hiervan op de hoogte stellen via de hierboven vermelde contactnummers. We kunnen ons best doen om ervoor te zorgen dat de chauffeur wacht in afwachting van zijn beschikbaarheid. Houd er rekening mee dat de chauffeur zich het recht voorbehoudt een toeslag van SGD 10 per extra 15 minuten wachttijd in rekening te brengen.
- Voor de ophaal-/afzetlocatie voor Jurong en Woodland geldt een toeslag van 20 SGD per voertuig, te betalen aan de chauffeur
- Elke passagier mag één groot en één klein stuk bagage meenemen. Voor elk stuk bagage dat buiten de standaardlimiet wordt meegenomen, wordt een bedrag van SGd15 per stuk bagage in rekening gebracht.

Driver was excellent. met us at airport - allowed time to take a pic of the waterfall inside, gave informative commentary during the drive to the hotel. All Good - using same company for return trip.

The transfer was perfect. Driver met us right as we cleared customs where he was waiting with a sign. Clean, nice car and he shared a lot of information about Singapore on the drive to the hotel.

We were greeted by EggTan (Thomas) who sent me an email a day before my arrival in Singapore. He even included a link to the digital SG arrival card application to skip the long lines at the airport, even though I had already applied the day before. Thomas took us, got his car, and loaded our luggage. He made sure we had our seatbelts on and drove us. We had a great conversation all the way to our Singapore St. Regis Hotel. We even bonded more since we’re both huge Liverpool fans. When we got to the hotel, Thomas unloaded the luggage and handed it over to the bell captain. He even rearranged our pick-up for our return trip to the airport and came to give us the good news that he’d pick us up the next morning. Of course, we were on time when he picked us up the next morning, and the journey was just as pleasant as ever because of Thomas. I highly recommend Thomas if you ever need transportation in Singapore.
