- Als de vlucht of trein van de eindklant meer dan drie uur vertraging heeft ten opzichte van de geschatte aankomsttijd, of wordt geannuleerd of omgeleid, wat tot een andere aankomsttijd leidt, moet de eindconsument contact opnemen met de dienstverlener om de nieuwe aankomsttijd en de beschikbaarheid van de dienst. In dit geval behouden wij ons het recht voor om extra kosten of een no-show-toeslag in rekening te brengen ter hoogte van de volledige kosten van de reservering. Voor binnenlandse en internationale aankomsthal 2 is het ontmoetingspunt: in de aankomsthal, bij de Black Sheep Coffee in de aankomsthal.

My friend and I were traveling on seperate airlines arriving within 10 mins of each other. I arranged and paid for the ride, giving both airlines and arrival times in my reservation. Her flight was delayed and the company chose to pick her up and left me stranded! I had to pay for a taxi and a ride I never received!
Mike was excellent. Messaged me upon landing checking in to see where I was with luggage collection. We had a great chat on the way to the airport, pointing out areas of possible interest. Would definitely recommend Mike to others.
Nice driver, however, after confirming our hotel twice, he still dropped us off at the wrong hotel!!
Andy was great! He picked us up at the airport with a kind and helpful personality. This is me and my daughter’s first trip to the UK and he shard amazing information. I am really sorry I was prepared with a tip that he truly deserves. I will highly recommend Andy!

The driver was nice. Please note that you need to carry your things to the taxi. The driver does not come in to get your things.
Our driver, Raj, was wonderful! His driving was excellent and he was very friendly. He chatted with us and told us about the areas we were driving through as he took us to out hotel. Even thiugh we, as Americans, thought we were on the wrong side if the road i was not nervous with his driving. I highly recommend Raj!
