Hoewel ik Engels niet goed kende (zoals de meeste Italianen), heb ik mezelf verstaanbaar gemaakt en gewaardeerd, zoals je kunt zien in de recensies en ik zal je meer vertellen. Ik was ook opgenomen op Tripadvisor onder de Beste "World" Gastronomische Ervaringen en ik ben de vierde in de wereld. Tijdens mijn ervaringen werd ik vaak gevraagd om de recepten van de gerechten die ik bereidde te delen. Zo ontstond het idee om ze op te nemen in mijn eerste roman, waar familieverhalen, historische anekdotes en smaken samenkomen in een reeks verhalen. Als je wilt, kun je me gewoon vragen om de link om het te kopen en ik stuur het naar je op. Wanneer we elkaar ontmoeten, schrijf ik graag een persoonlijke toewijding, of, als u dat liever hebt, kan ik zelf een kopie meenemen, net zoals ik op verzoek een fles wijn bij uw menu kan brengen. Een souvenir dat hopelijk in je hart blijft, net als de ervaring die we zullen delen.

The dinner Carlo made for us was one of our favorite meals in Rome! We thoroughly enjoyed all four courses and he even modified the tiramisu for my daughter (used milk versus espresso) without us asking, very thoughtful and considerate. We had a limited kitchen at our Airbnb and Carlo made the best of it. Highly recommend!
Carlo was an incredible chef! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! He took care of everything. He came to our AirBnB with everything he needed and made a meal for 7 of us. It was a 4 course authentic Italian meal. It was one of the best meals we had in Italy during the 10 days we were here. We highly recommend Carlo and this experience. He speaks limited English, but a translate app allowed us to converse with him and have a truly memorable night.

A perfect evening thanks to an extraordinary chef. Punctual, friendly and super organized. Each dish was a small masterpiece, cared for in the smallest details and full of flavor. Very fresh ingredients, original combinations and an impeccable service that made us feel like we were at a restaurant but with the warmth of home.
