Privé wijnproeverij in Rome met heerlijke vleeswaren en kazen

Geniet van een authentieke wijnproeverij in een charmante wijnbar in het historische centrum, op een steenworp afstand van Campo de 'Fiori. Stap de boetiek enoteca binnen met wijnen op elke plank waar je wordt begroet door je gastheer Patrizia en haar sommelier zoon Giampaolo. Zodra je zit, begin je met spelen. Luister terwijl de sommelier je meeneemt op een reis door Italië en zijn wijnproductie door de proeverijen van 6 verschillende wijnen. Je begint met een glas mousserende wijn, hetzij Prosecco of Franciacorta, vergezeld van taralli - een karakteristieke Apulische snack. Je gaat dan over tot het proeven van twee verschillende soorten Italiaanse witte wijnen, gecombineerd met een selectie lokale, Umbrische of Toscaanse kazen. En voor het laatst proeft u twee uitstekende rode wijnen uit Italië, evenals een selectie met de hand geplukte salami en vleeswaren.

Absolutley great experience. Patrizia has huge knowledge of wines and shared so many interesting facts with us. Wines and snack were absolutely deliciouse and perfectly match. It was a great way of spending evening on our trip to Rome. The perfect hostess!

The sommelier was extremely friendly. The choice of wines delicious. Tasty little plates of meat and cheese accompanied them. The bar was a little squashed and we seemed to be the only participants which made it less of a social event than we hoped for.
Hi Kathy, the focus of this experience is really on the wine and food tasting, and we prefer small groups or even private ones to make the experience more cozy.
This wine tasting far exceeded our expectations. We were able to have good sized samples of unique wines that were also paired with delicious meet and cheese samples. I highly recommend this experience!

We had an excellent time at this event. The host was very knowledgable and the wine was very nice. There was a large range of wines that we tasted and this was accompanied by some facts from the host about the region of Italy it was from and the type of grapes used in the production. We were provided some delicious snacks during the tasting which complimented the wines brilliantly. The host was able to accommodate us inside or outside and was very welcoming. The only thing that I would say was not ideal was that it was held on the street and the road was quite busy therefore we had cars and motorbikes driving past us while at the tasting. Overall this was a fantastic family experience and we had a great time.
This was fabulous! We did it for the experience but it was so much fun and Patrizia was so knowledgeable. Just wish we could have taken all the wines home with us 😊
