Simone Vergamini, "Beste Sommelier van Toscane 2023, 3e gerangschikt in de Beste Sommelier van Italië 2018, 2021 en 2022. We kunnen de proeverij direct organiseren bij u thuis of bij het hotel waar u op vakantie bent, ook in het centrum van Lucca of op de omliggende heuvels. De ervaring biedt altijd een introductie tot de wijnproeverij, de geschiedenis van het gebied en de wijnbouwbedrijven.5 wijnen vergezeld van brood, kaas en olie van lokale productie. Dit zijn wijnen geselecteerd bij kleine producenten, voornamelijk biologisch gecertificeerd We kunnen de proeverij direct bij u thuis of bij het hotel waar u op vakantie bent organiseren. Ik zal alles voorzien en jullie hoeven niets te bedenken! Ik zal de tafel met proeverij handdoeken tonen en de wijnen in professionele bekers serveren! Aan het einde van de proeverij zal ik de flessen achterlaten (als je niet klaar bent :) om ze tijdens de vakantie te genieten.

We thoroughly enjoyed our wine tasting with Simone. A talented and knowledgeable sommelier, he gave an instructive and really helpful overview of the local wine region with tastings of 5 different wines that clearly illustrated the characteristics of each wine. His presentation was engaging and he welcomed all of our questions. I would highly recommend a tasting session with Simone.
