Trakteer uzelf op een heerlijke Toscaanse ervaring. Duik in de groene tinten van onze wijngaard met een persoonlijke beschrijving van onze boerderij. De ervaring begint met een gedetailleerde inleiding tot de landbouwmethoden die we hebben toegepast, hoe onze biologisch-dynamische productiemethode werkt en de geschiedenis van de boerderij. Daarna heb je een driegangen Toscaanse lunch en een wijnproeverij met 4-5 biologische wijnen die rechtstreeks uit de wijngaarden van de wijnmakerij komen en de kans om al onze extra vergine olijfolie te proeven, omringd door een spectaculaire Toscaanse omgeving. We zijn slechts een paar minuten verwijderd van het stadscentrum van San Gimignano, met een prachtig uitzicht op het Toscaanse platteland en de middeleeuwse torens van de stad. Een Italiaans of Engels sprekend familielid zal u begeleiden in de ervaring met een professioneel en warm welkom.

De wijn-, Evo-olie- en balsamicoazijnproeverij met Toscaanse maaltijd begint met een korte introductie van onze boerderij tegenover onze Vernaccia-wijngaard, een van de oudste in San Gimignano. De Toscaanse maaltijd bestaat uit 4 gangen: een voorgerecht met traditionele bruschetta en crostini, biologische pasta met een saus van de dag, lokale kazen, vleeswaren van Casa Porciatti en onze huisgemaakte taart. Bij deze optie is tevens keuze uit minimaal vier biologische en biodynamische wijnen uit Podere La Marronaia, zoals Vernaccia di San Gimignano en Chianti Colli Senesi, 6 soorten extra vierge olijfolie, natuurlijk en gearomatiseerd, en 3 soorten balsamicoazijn. We zullen uitleggen hoe u ze allemaal kunt combineren met het geserveerde eten.

Nice location, good explanation of the wine and olive oils. You can buy everything directly. Wine was not entirely my taste and pricey.
Immersed in the gorgeous countryside the tremendous wines and lovely lunch overlooking the vineyards took us a world away. Informative and fun. Thank you for a day to remember

Fantastic tasting experience at a stunning winery. It looks like Tuscany does in the movies, it is breathtaking. The starters were especially delicious. The olive oil and balsamic tasting was even better than expected. The flavored olive oils taste exactly like their flavor, very fresh and delicious. The wines were delicious as well. I bought some of each to send back home. I did want to note this is just a private tasting for your group, there is not a tour around which we were okay with but it does say there will be a brief tour in the description.
