Having taken many viator walking tours over the years, which have been outstanding, this one did not be our expectations our guide, while very friendly shared basic information without any real insights or engaging conversation

It was great getting a personalised tour from Antonio, a bonafide Porto local, providing us with his wealth of knowledge about his home city in an easy to understand & at times very humourous way. He went far beyond the usual tourist patter, which made it a great experience for both of us.
The Guide has contacted us since before departure to arrange the tour and Evaluate any of our wishes. He joined us directly at our Hotel from where our visit to Porto started. Italo was very helpful and did not omit to provide us with valuable information to continue independently our holiday. Great!

We booked a tour in 4 people with a dedicated guide for 3 hours. In the days before the guide never responded to our messages, the morning of the visit, after many phone calls we manage to contact him (Mr. LUCA) and tells us he has the wrong day!!! To the refund request (140.00 euros withheld on the credit card) we were answered by the agency that would have made the cancellation but today after more than 20 days are no longer traceable and do not respond to emails. WARNING IS A SCAM

Our guide Daniela met our every expectation. Competent, helpful and friendly. He introduced the city to us by touching on the most varied themes.
We wanted to escape the touristy areas of Porto and enjoyed easy, clear communication for planning with our guide Tiago well before our arrival. We actually arrived early in Porto and Tiago was flexible to meet us for our tour two hours early! He helped us manage the train system, guided us on a gorgeous tour of Miramar and the Chapel do Senhor da Pedra, then a breathtaking beach walk to a historic fishing village. Not your run of the mill tour. He was lovely to chat with and offered history and many great suggestions for the rest of our stay in Porto, even communicating with us well after our tour. We adored our tour and our guide!

The tour guide never showed up or called us. We contacted him via WhatsApp and he said oh he needed to cancel. We quickly regrouped and got a local Tuktuk. Much better
