It was truly an excellent tour! Our guide was Nakajo, who has roots in a Spanish-speaking country. He not only showed us the tourist spots, but he was also always attentive to our physical condition and needs, adapting the route with great flexibility when necessary. It is clear that he sincerely cares about his clients. On this occasion, a Spanish-speaking couple and I, a Japanese friend of theirs, participated. His command of both Spanish and Japanese is excellent, and his way of communicating is very clear, kind, and professional, which made us feel very comfortable throughout the tour. We also asked him to act as an interpreter. He did not just translate the words, but he understood the feelings, intentions, and cultural differences of both parties, achieving very natural and close communication. Additionally, his knowledge about the tourist spots is impressive. He not only explained the usual information, but he also shared data and stories that he had researched on his own, as well as many additional details that made the experience even more interesting and enriching. What impressed us the most was his human quality. It was a true pleasure to share the day with him, and all the participants ended up delighted with the experience. The Spanish-speaking couple was especially happy and very grateful. We recommend it with complete confidence. Without a doubt, we would hire their services again.
