Dit is een uniek avontuur, wij zijn het enige bedrijf waar u de ervaring kunt boeken, te beginnen met een gemakkelijke kalme waterslang in een blauwe rivier, tot watervallen, klifspringen, canyons, baaien en meer watervallen genieten van de dag zoals de lokale bevolking dat doet. In dit avontuur bezoekt u een blauwe waterrivier beginnend met een langzame waterslang dan ziet u een kleine waterval en na 10 minuten lopen kunt u Cliff jumping doen, Op de tweede plek wandel je een berg af via avontuurlijke paden, baaien, kliffen, ladders, voor ongeveer 30 minuten dan zwem je met een touw tegen de stroom in om een magische watervallen te zien op de beste Indiana Jones Style. BELANGRIJK: gesloten teen schoenen zijn een vereiste (geen chacos) Dan gaan we lunchen in een lokaal restaurant, en proeven van de lokale traditionele Casado. Op de derde plek wandel je via het pad van de lokale bevolking gedurende 5 minuten naar een 90ft waterval, ga naar de top en ze zwemmen langs de voet van de waterval.

Bezoek een verborgen plek van de rivier "Rio Blanco" (blauwwaterrivier), beginnend met een langzame slang die over de rivier drijft op het prachtige turquoise water, maak je dan klaar om 2 mooie watervallen te zien in een lavavormige kloof (fotoplek) , nadat je wat Cliff kunt proberen die uit de rand van een 45ft canyon springt naar een blauwe waterkom (verschillende hoogte beschikbaar)
Op deze plek wandel je 25 minuten door zware beproevingen en kliffen, om bij de la leona-waterval te komen, in een grot waar je met een touw in moet zwemmen tegen de stroom van de rivier.
We maken een stop in een lokaal restaurant voor de lunch.
Ga naar de llanos del cortes-watervallen via de ingang van de lokale bevolking met een lokale gids, waar je na een wandeling van 20 minuten door het tropische droge bos naast de rivier een verborgen grote waterkom zult bereiken, waar je kunt zwemmen en klifspringen , dan wandel je naar de top van het uitkijkpunt van de waterval om foto's te maken, waarna je naar de voet van de watervallen gaat waar je kunt zwemmen en foto's kunt maken.

Incredible experience. We started with the lazy river and then hiked to three waterfalls, each were magical, and all three were very different. We saw iguanas, monkeys, owls, and the most beautiful water hidden in the tropics of Costa Rica. Nancy, our guide, was amazing, patient, and full of great information. Very happy with our experience.
This was a great adventure. Plan for a very active day with rewarding views at each location. Lunch was delicious.

Alejandro was a great guide. Very personable and made our family of four comfortable and feeling well attended to. La Leona was the best out of the three waterfalls but is for adventure seekers only. I would suggest those with any mobility or physical limitations to consider a different trip. Our family included teens but we did see families with kids who were helped along with other tour guides. All in all, a great experience and lifetime memories were made.

Carlos was an amazing guide! This was the highlight of our trip to Costa Rica. We did little to no research on the waterfalls we were going to but we were so pleasantly surprised! The first stop Poza Los Coyotes was so beautiful and crystal blue water. We got to do a lazy river experience here, which was a great way to ease into the day. La Leona was definitely the highlight and was quite the adventure to get to but we felt safe the entire time. Make sure to bring water shoes, regular hiking shoes will not cut it! We got lucky as it was not crowded at all. Carlos explained that sometimes you have to wait a very long time to even get to the waterfall. After the hike to La Leona we had the most delicious local Costa Rican meal with rice, beans, chicken, and fried plantain. The final waterfall we visited was very chill and quiet. We saw howler monkeys, iguanas, bats, frogs all long our journey. Each waterfall was extremely unique from the other. Carlos documented our whole journey and made sure to send us all the photos and videos at the end. Would definitely recommend this 8 hour excursion to get a good taste of the waterfalls Costa Rica has to offer!
Our excursion with Carlos was absolutely incredible. The tubing and cliff jumping/rope swinging into the lagoon was so much fun. The second trip which included a jungle hike (we saw howler monkeys, snakes, and iguanas) and swimming through a raging river in a cave to one of the most beautiful waterfalls we’ve ever seen was like nothing we’ve ever done before. Our local lunch was peaceful and delicious before the final hike and massive waterfall. We enjoyed free coconut water and story after story from our guide Carlos, who made sure we had as authentically local of a trip as possible. He also provided water, tea, beer, snacks, and stopped for bathrooms/quick shops whenever we asked. Carlos could not have been a more fun or knowledgeable guide - if you are considering booking this excursion, do it. There is zero chance you will regret it. Pura Vida!
