Gasten zullen getuige zijn van de legendarische Old Faithful geiser die uitbarst en kokend water hoog in de lucht schiet in een krachtige en voorspelbare weergave. Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Gasten worden direct opgehaald bij hun hotel, accommodatie of afgesproken vergaderlocatie in Jackson Hole. Voorafgaand aan de tour ontvangen gasten een bevestigingsbericht met de naam van hun Gids, de beschrijving van het voertuig en de exacte ophaaltijd. Op de dag van de tour komt de Gids aan op de aangewezen locatie en ontmoet de gasten in de lobby van het hotel of direct buiten de ingang. De Gids stelt zich bij naam voor en rijdt in een duidelijk herkenbaar toervoertuig.

Chris was a wonderful guide. We spent the day finding wildlife and seeing the natural beauty in Yellowstone. We saw a total of 10 bears during our trip with Chris, one set included a momma grizzly with her 3 cubs. It was a day to remember. Thank you Chris!

Our ‘senior’ group of 12 med school classmates booked the 2-Day Private Yellowstone Tour (Lower and Upper Loops w Iconic Sites w Lunch) on Viator. We had Casanova Tours Guide Isaac for Day 1 and his girlfriend Alex on Day 2. Both were so enthusiastic, energetic, positive, taught us a ton about everything, answered endless questions patiently and honestly, always made sure we were comfortable, safe, given time to catch up or take breaks as needed, and went over and beyond to allow us to fall totally in love with the YNP. We had the most AMAZING day at Yellowstone with our tour guide Chris! He was the most genuinely passionate, knowledgeable, and fun tour guide I have ever had. He picked us up promptly at 8 am in a well appointed van, food and snacks at hand, and spent 12.5 hours (!) with us sharing his passion for the environment and Yellowstone with us. We were able to see various animals, enjoyed beautiful vistas, and the various geothermal features of the park. We got a real sense of appreciation for the vastness and diversity of the park and its ecosystems. I also want to give a shout out to the fantastic binoculars and his setup with a scope that made distant wildlife easy to spot. We are more urban people normally - think Broadway in NYC - but had a truly magical day inter park and with him. Appreciated all of the dad jokes and funny memes throughout the day - I will have to borrow them right away. Highly recommend the tour and organization - he gave such positive shout outs to management, which I always appreciate as a good sign of how a company is run - and we found it very affordable for the quality and length of service we got.
