Ophaallocaties en -tijden
**Ophaalservice vanaf de luchthaven:** Bij aankomst haalt u uw bagage op en gaat u naar de aankomsthal. Uw chauffeur wacht buiten de terminal in het ophaalgebied voor grondtransport met een bord met een oranje Cancun Travel Experience-logo. Gelieve uw bevestiging of identiteitsbewijs met foto te tonen bij het ophalen. Uw vervoer is precies 30 minuten na de landingstijd van uw vlucht klaar en kan tot 60 minuten na de landingstijd van uw vlucht wachten. Aankomsten: als u toevallig problemen ondervindt bij het vinden van uw chauffeur, ga dan naar een van de volgende ontmoetingspunten: - Terminal 2 (binnenlandse aankomsten) bij Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (internationale aankomsten) bij Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 bij Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 bij de welkomstbar **Ophalen bij hotel:** Uw exacte ophaaltijd wordt een dag voor vertrek van uw vlucht bevestigd, uw chauffeur zal u ontmoeten in de lobby van uw hotel. Gelieve uw bevestiging of identiteitsbewijs met foto te tonen bij het ophalen. Wees alsjeblieft klaar en wacht een paar minuten voor de bevestigde ophaaltijd, chauffeurs mogen maximaal 10 minuten wachten na de bevestigde ophaaltijd.

- Onze diensten werken van 5:00 uur tot 23:59 uur, als uw aankomst en/of vertrek buiten deze tijden valt, neem dan contact op om de beschikbaarheid te bevestigen.
- Neem voor last-minute wijzigingen en/of vertragingen onmiddellijk contact op, houd er rekening mee dat alle last-minute wijzigingen onderhevig zijn aan beschikbaarheid en niet kunnen worden gegarandeerd.
- Aankomsten: Uw vervoer staat precies 30 minuten na de landingstijd van uw vlucht klaar en kan tot 60 minuten na de landingstijd van uw vlucht wachten.
- Vertrektijden: zorg dat u klaar staat in de lobby van uw hotel, chauffeurs mogen maximaal 10 minuten wachten na de bevestigde ophaaltijd.
- Houd er rekening mee dat ophaalservices van/naar meerdere luchthaventerminals/hotels niet zijn toegestaan, ophaaltijden zijn gebaseerd op verkeers-/wegbeperkingen, eventuele wijzigingsverzoeken zullen naar eigen goeddunken van de leverancier worden beoordeeld en geaccepteerd of afgewezen.
- Transferdiensten zijn niet inwisselbaar voor andere diensten/routes.

They picked us up at Cancun airport, but don’t believe what they say. There’s meet you at our particular place was the at the Margaritaville bar with our name and we waited for about 45 minutes and kept calling the company and they didn’t answer and then one time they didn’t answer and said oh no he’s at the parking lot and in number 40 My wife walked all the way around that parking lot until she found number 40 and she has spoke to it. The gentleman didn’t have our name on the no sign on the vehicle nothing so she had to talk to him and say hey by the way, are you with that company and that he said yes she asked him how long he was waiting. He said oh maybe 15-20 minutes. We had booked a round-trip, but after considering it when we got to the hotel finally we decided to get a hold of Viator for a refund for the pick up from our resort and we had no confidence that they would get us to the airport on time to get our flight home! Viator did get us a refund for the one way after all they did transported us to the hotel. That’s all I asked for. Thank you, Viator!!!

According to our records and standard airport procedures, passengers are provided with detailed meeting instructions and drivers are assigned to designated waiting areas within the transportation zone. In this case, the driver was assigned and present at the confirmed location within the expected timeframe. However, we understand that despite this, the connection between passenger and driver was not as clear as it should have been, which led to unnecessary frustration and delay. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this caused and for the impact it had on your overall experience, particularly after a long travel day. Transportation was on time and got us to our resort quickly to start our vacation! Very courteous team 😃
They were on time, extreamly gracious and went out of their way for my daughter and her fiancé who were arriving to get married in Cancun. Would recommend them to anyone!
We landed a bit behind our time but the company was waiting for us upon our arrival. Very friendly driver and fast drop off at the hotel and same for our return .
