Als u wordt opgehaald bij uw hotel, ontmoet de chauffeur u in de hoofdlobby van het hotel. Alle vergaderingen worden vooraf gecoördineerd om stiptheid, discretie en een naadloze service te garanderen.

No Show, no Communication.. Our flight was late arriving, tried to call several times, no answer. Ended up taking an Uber.
The driver never showed up. The office phone does not answer I called Trip Advisor and the could not get a hold of the company. Refund initiated. We ended up taking a taxi after an hour wait at the airport! 😔

Our flight was delayed and luggage took forever to come down the carrousel in Madrid. Driver waited patiently and only took a few minutes to hook up via WhatsApp. Clean comfortable older van took us where we needed to go! Pleasant experience!

This sure felt like a bait and switch! I specifically selected this provider based on the photos and written description provided on Viator. The driver was supposed to greet us with my name on a placard as we exited baggage claim, and we were to be professionally driven in a luxury Mercedes Benz van. I acknowledge that our flight was delayed two hours, but the driver should have checked our flight status. Unfortunately, our driver was not present when we arrived, and we spent about an hour on a What’s App wild goose tracking down our driver and identifying our meeting point. To my disappointment, the driver arrived in a standard, dingy 4 person taxi - not a Mercedes van. I paid a premium for a luxury experience, almost 3X the cost of a taxi! I would have had a better experience and arrived at my destination 45 minutes earlier had I simply jumped in the taxi queue at the airport, and it would have cost me 1/3 the price. Come on, Viator, you can do better. I want my money back.

The driver was pleasant and friendly. Very welcoming however we spent a few minutes trying to locate each other in the airport. Perhaps a card with the passengers name would save on time.
The driver had arrived early and was waiting for us as we progressed through customs and retrieved our luggage. My only communication was through WhatsApp and that was very convenient.
