U moet de luchtvaartmaatschappij en het vluchtnummer opgeven, zodat we deze kunnen volgen in geval van wijzigingen, zoals annuleringen of wijzigingen. Eventuele wijzigingen moeten onmiddellijk worden gemeld. Als de aankomstdatum of -tijd van de vlucht verandert, is het de verantwoordelijkheid van de passagier om ons op de hoogte te stellen van de bijgewerkte informatie, inclusief het vluchtnummer en de nieuwe aankomsttijd. Zodra de vlucht landt, wacht de chauffeur tot 60 minuten om u voldoende tijd te geven om uw bagage op te halen en de luchthaven te verlaten. De dag voor uw aankomst sturen wij u een foto van het bord dat onze vertegenwoordiger op de luchthaven zal vasthouden. De dag voor uw vertrek dient u uw ophaaltijd bij ons te bevestigen. Als u in een hotel verblijft, dient u uw kamernummer door te geven, zodat onze vertegenwoordiger u bij de receptie kan vragen met uw naam en kamernummer. Als u in een Airbnb verblijft, moet u de exacte locatie opgeven. Onze vertegenwoordiger heeft alle details van uw reis en zal u ontmoeten op Liberia Airport met een bord met de naam van de groeps Leider of reiziger. Our driver was at the specified location exactly as advertised, had our sign! She took us to out Airbnb which was about an hour and a half away! Even took us to a convenient grocery store and gave us all sorts of ideas for our trip! Awesome!!
They gave us friendly, capable, and timely service from the airport to Our Airbnb. The free additional stop to pickup groceries at a recommended store was greatly appreciated!
This Family-owned business is run EXCEPTIONALLY WELL! As soon as I booked transportation from our airport in Liberia to our Hotel in Tamarindo (4 days out), their representative Maria reached out to us immediately! They requested our flight information and told us that our driver would be waiting for us outside the airport with a sign designed especially for us and to PLEASE keep the lines of communication open (just in case). Good thing we did because our flight got delayed by almost two hours, but our driver, AXEL was ready and waiting for us despite our delay! He was VERY professional and welcoming! Our oldest daughter mentioned she was hungry and he immediately pointed out an excellent place to eat (since he knew the area). The food was AMAZING! He then drove us 1.5 hours to our hotel and answered ALL of our questions regarding Costa Rica and even shared LOTS of suggestions for foods to try, places to visit (if we had the time) and other topics that kept us all involved in a pleasant conversation the entire trip! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company (since they do guided tours other than transportation) and if AXEL is your driver, he has LOTS of valuable information about Costa Rica!

So easy to communicate with the trip planners and great for a large group. We felt safe and in the loop the entire time!
I love Tamarindo and have been there 5 times in the last 10 years. The beach is incredible and surfing is amazing. The locals are super nice and the sunsets are epic.. Tamarindo will always have a special place in my heart. We always take lessons and rent boards from Iguana Surf. They are the best and after all these years we have become so close and familiar with their staff, as their instructors remain the same. Why it will sadly be my last visit? The ruggedness of the place, the unpaved roads when you are not staying at a location on the main road got on my nerves this time, and, it is becoming expensive (needlessly).
Our driver, Syl (I believe that was his name) was amazing! The transport was very clean, AC. He was very knowledgeable and we felt safe the whole ride!
These guys were amazing! From giving us lical info to making an extra stop to let us pick a few things up on the way to our villa. Friendly and reliable!!!!!!
