We have used Viator many times for transfers and excursions. For the first time, our transfer driver informed me that he would only wait 1 hour from the plane landing. Ridiculous! It took us 90 minutes to get through security in Zurich. Who sends a driver to meet an international traveler when the flight lands. We had to pay an additional $60 on top of the more than $150 original cost for him to wait for us. Infuriating- never again. Taxis from now on.
Our driver arrived on time, was very professional, and courteous. We would definitely recommend this service.
Service was prompt and efficient. The driver was waiting for us as we exited the baggage area and we easily identifiable. The vehicle was clean and bottles of water were available after our long day of traveling. The driver was friendly and helpful.
