We booked services with The Comfort Falcon Fleet Transport LLC through an individual named Sultan Shakh Sikender Shakh for our recent family trip to Dubai. We prepaid for transport and tickets for attractions for ten people to celebrate my wife’s 70th birthday. Unfortunately, the services were not delivered as promised. At LEGOLAND, tickets were invalid, and we had to purchase replacements at our own expense. At Atlantis Aquaventure, no tickets were issued, forcing us to buy ten tickets at a significantly higher price. Refunds were promised repeatedly but never received. We also had to cancel SeaWorld Abu Dhabi plans due to loss of confidence. This caused considerable financial loss, stress, and disruption to what was meant to be a special family holiday. Communication with the company has been unhelpful, and the experience raises serious concerns about commercial fraud and misrepresentation. I strongly caution others to avoid booking with this company, and urge anyone considering their services to be very careful.

There was no one available to pick us up at the airport. I will reach out to the company for a refund.

We booked GMC SUV for airport transfer via Airport Transfer Taxi which usually provides luxury car service. They charged double the price, but still we went with booking GMC SUV. Airport Transfer Taxi gave my pickup to its supplier “Royal Paradise Tourism-Dubai”. We were expecting GMC or similar SUV range, but the driver came to pickup in Toyoto small car. The car was so dirty and the driver seems very unprofessional (in his pyjamas). He was not even waiting for us or helping us with our luggage’s. He made us to leave the airport to unsafe parking area He was forcing us to get inside the car else he will leave us as he got only 15 mins parking paid . When we questioned about SUV instead of responding he started throwing our suitcases from the car. my family was scared and refused to go with him. I have asked them for refund and they refused. I have reported to Dubai police and RTA and they found that driver do not have valid work permit to drive the Taxi in Dubai. He is illegal driver. we were not feeling safe to go with them. The tourist company failed to provide SUV and offering me to take some tourists activities in Dubai which seems to be their business tactic. The responsible person from “Royal Paradise Tourism” stopped responding and we were struck in the middle of no where in dark parking. After two hours of struggling with Dubai Police and RTA we took another limousine from airport which costed us half t he price. I have reported a complaint against the driver behavior to RTA and Airport Transfer Taxi . It was really bad experience in the middle of the night. Family traveling with kids, need to be cautious.

I booked this transportation well in advance for late arrival into Dubai. The drivers were not at the airport when we arrived. My group waited over 90 minutes from landing before pickup. The 9 people were made to squeeze into 2 small personal SUV instead of a large van. I wanted my money back!

Great guys that provided me with transfers and a wealth of information. Felt completely safe traveling in my own .

The driver waited for me for quite a while at the airport, then drove me quickly to my hotel. Nice to avoid taxi lines. Complete satisfaction!

Horrible experience!!! Driver did not show up.! I do not recommend using this service for airport transport.
