The Driver was very helpful and accommodating. Made the trip easy and pick-up was smooth. The minivan was spacious and was able to carry six people with 6 luggage.

Booked two days in advance. Excellent, fast, seamless, exactly as expected , no hassle, got a WhatsApp message when I landed

No signage at airport, no defined pickup or meeting point - waste of money. If you are going to offer this service, you need to provide more information other than “airport”. I gave up and ordered a Grab car.
Don't take the bus. Hire private transport from the airport to your hotel. Jakarta roads are not pedestrian friendly. Driver was very polite and negotiated the horrible Jakarta traffic expertly.
Meet at the West Lobby pick up (ride share). Driver was helpful, safe, and on time. We communicated through WhatsApp before meeting. Ensure your SIM card is installed and activated upon landing so you are able to communicate with your driver.
