Uw privé taxi haalt u op voor uw transfer tussen La Aurora International Airport en Panajachel, Guatemala. Als u naar de luchthaven gaat, geef dan uw exacte ophaaladres en eventuele speciale instructies, hotelnaam, bezienswaardigheden, dwarsstraten. Plan 3,5 uur reistijd zonder verkeer. Extremely punctual and had great communication with the owner the entire time. We used this company twice in our trip and were never let down. I communicated all my logistics via WhatsApp a few days prior to the journey. The exit from Aurora is a bit chaotic as there are a lot of drivers, vendors etc, but my driver was able to find me, my flight had also landed 45min early. My driver was super friendly and we bonded quite a lot. I speak pretty good Spanish and was able to chat with him and get local recommendations for things in Atitlan. It was door to door service and I got dropped off at my hotel. Also we stopped for a bathroom break and food too, and he was very mindful in offering and being flexible. I’d highly recommend.

Jose our driver was lovely polite accommodating and while did not speak English we were able to communicate. He arrived on time w new clean roomy VW. Opened doors, handled baggage asked if we needed to stop for lunch or BR. SAFE driving in challenging traffic and winding roads!! Highly recommend 5/5!

Great experience using Due South for 3 private transfers to Atitlan, Antigua and the airport. The drivers were all friendly, came early and easy to communicate with on Whatsapp for pickup. Would use again!

Easy to find the driver upon arrival. The trip took almost 4 hours with a little traffic but the driver was safe and professional, car was clean. Would recommend as a great alternative to taking the tour bus shuttles. The company was responsive over whatsapp and in touch with me until we exited the airport.

My sister gets car sick easily so we needed a private car to get from Guatemala City to Lake Atitlán. Enio was an excellent driver and he sweetly shared his snacks with us. His car could have used new shock absorbers but that was ok and he put the air conditioning on for the whole time, which was so great. But when we got to the docks, our driver took us to the only captain at that dock and we were told we had to pay Q100 for the two of us just to get to the public dock, which was only about 5 minutes away. When we told the tour company that we weren’t happy to be dropped off at a private dock, they said we CHOSE the private boat by accident. I asked the right questions and made the only choice I could with the info I was given. Still, the most important part was a good driver in a comfortable car, and Enio did provide us with those things.

The public and private docks are next to each other and have the same drop off point at the corner of Calle Monterey and Calle del Embarcadero. We've corrected this issue with Enio so he is clear and our customers are clear, as many of them are awaiting private boats to take them to their accommodation.
