Wij monitoren de vlucht in geval van vertraging. En wij bevestigen dat onze gasten zo snel mogelijk gecontacteerd worden door hun chauffeur. Wanneer u op de luchthaven van Cancun aankomt en nadat u uw bagage heeft opgehaald, moet u via de deur van transportbedrijven en reisbureaus naar buiten gaan. Wij nemen per sms contact met u op met contactinstructies. Het zou ons zeer helpen als u reageert op het bericht waarin u ons informeert wanneer u de filters al bent gepasseerd, zodat we uw chauffeur kunnen vragen op u te wachten net wanneer u klaar bent om te vertrekken.

They were late picking us up and the communication of how to find them was difficult at the airport. However getting picked up from the hotel went much smoother and they were early which I appreciated.
