- Houd er rekening mee dat als gevolg van druk verkeer in de avond, alle transfers van de stad 4 uur eerder moeten vertrekken en degenen die in hotels buiten de stad verblijven 5 uur eerder moeten vertrekken. Geef vooraf duidelijk uw vertrekvluchtinformatie aan.

Excellent service very comfortable and easy to use. Driver did his best . Definitely recommend to use this service in Nairobi
They were incredible. We were met by staff before customs and they assisted us and we were in the car very quickly. The driver was courteous and drove well.

Do not recommend This was supposed to be private transfer however the driver Edwin Moses made it a shared transfer He insisted on waiting at the airport for 30 mins for arrival of the other passengers And then he refused to drop me at the hotel drop off instead dropping me off on the road This tour operator is unreliable and do not recommend their services to anyone
Dear Rajeev, Please note the hotel you booked Movenpick all clients are dropped at the security check at the gate together with the luggage for security reasons and that is their policy and we cannot do anything about it. We had not had complains before from other clients.
Good communication on the day of arrival and met us as planned even with the one hour delay to get through passport control. Would use again.

Edwin was right outside terminal waiting for me where instructions said he would be. He was very personable and helped me with a few words in Swahili. He drove safely to my hotel.

Our plane was over an hour late, but no problem for Julius. He was there when we arrived, helped us with our bags, and drove us to our hotel. All with pleasant conversation about our flight and Nairobi. We would definitely hire them again!
