We would give 0 star if possible. We’ve waited in the lobby for pickup and no one showed up. We had to call Trip Advisor which cancelled the trip on behalf of us.

Caso a reserva estivesse confirmada em nosso sistema, o motorista certamente estaria no hotel antes do horário combinado, pois a pontualidade é um padrão rigoroso exigido de todos os nossos motoristas. Compreendemos a frustração gerada e lamentamos sinceramente o mal-entendido. Infelizmente, neste caso, tudo indica que houve uma falha de comunicação ou de sistema entre a plataforma e nossa operação.

We had the Service provided by infinity van tickets to Argentina and tickets... Rosana was impeccable in the service and the Didi (van driver) tbm was very attentive and helped us a lot with tips on the script... When I get back to foz, I'll close with them again... Super recommend
