I can’t express how thankful I am for the service we received for our airport pickup in San Juan. Our driver, Alex, was absolutely wonderful. Although the terms state a 30-minute wait time, we ran into an unexpected issue when someone else mistakenly took our bag. The baggage agent had to track it down and have it returned, which caused a delay. Alex was incredibly kind and patient throughout the situation. He reassured us that everything would be okay and was able to extend the waiting time for us without any stress. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the ride itself was smooth—perfect for our family of five. I would absolutely recommend this company. I’m truly grateful for such excellent customer service!

They tried to change my time, I had to reach out to Viator for assistance. Once she arrived, she was sweet but not strong enough to lift luggage.
Thank you for your opinion and it was a pleasure and an honor to serve you and meet you in our company we are dedicated to leaving the doors open to every lady who wants to work regardless of whether she has a little strength or you do not have all the relevant forces for the luggage but in Puerto Rico we honor the woman who works and we leave the doors open so that she can bring her sustenance to her home. We explain the policies and conditions of our company since the open doors are for the ladies and both for the gentleman we do not discriminate but thank you for your comment and your opinion we value it and we will work on the matter we are at your disposal for any other visit you need or that you are going to make to Puerto Rico for your vacations or for work matters it was an honor to serve you.
The driver never showed up. I paid in full 3 days before, messaged the day prior with no response, and then called three times upon arrival and left a voicemail. We had to pay for a cab on top of the $180 charged by this driver. Viator insists on giving a star, but this is obviously ZERO stars. Disappointing and wrong.

We completely understand how stressful that moment can be after a flight, and we truly empathize with the situation you encountered. However, we would like to respectfully clarify an important detail regarding your reservation. Our company in Puerto Rico operates as a local transportation provider subcontracted by external booking platforms. In this particular case, the reservation was not made directly with our company, but through the platform you selected to arrange your transportation. According to our operational procedures, we are only able to dispatch a driver after receiving the official service confirmation from the booking platform. Unfortunately, for this reservation, we never received the final confirmation from the platform, which is required for us to activate and assign the service. We will be submitting evidence showing that no confirmed booking was transmitted to us. Because of this, we respectfully want to explain that the situation did not occur due to negligence or absence on our part. Rather, we remained waiting for the confirmation that would allow us to proceed with the service assignment. We absolutely respect your decision to share your experience through a review. Customer feedback is always valuable. However, given the circumstances described above, we believe the review may have been directed to the wrong party. Since the reservation process and confirmation are handled by the platform where the booking was made, any concerns regarding the reservation should ideally be addressed directly to them. Additionally, any request for a refund must be processed through the same platform where the reservation was originally made, as they are responsible for the booking transaction and payment management. Should they contact us for verification, we will gladly cooperate and provide them with the information necessary to support the appropriate resolution. With the utmost respect, we kindly ask that you consider reviewing or amending the review you posted, as the situation did not result from our company’s actions or service performance. JONUEL was a fantastic person who let us ask him questions about where to eat to where our ship was going to dock! The restaurant he suggested was fabulous and one of the best I have eaten at in San Juan. He helped us with our many pieces of luggage with a smile and I appreciate the time he spent with us diving us to the airport and then the next day to the port. He is a great driver to have when you are in San Juan.

I booked private transportation from the Tryst hotel to San Juan airport and Alex Arriaga was our driver. He was dressed so sharp in a black suit and hair in a hard part, driving a black Lincoln Navigator. He was extremely friendly and had many recommendations for destinations and site seeing for our next trip to Puerto Rico. I would highly recommend this company and especially Alex if you are traveling to San Juan area !
