All went smoothly, from finding the driver at the airport to drop-off at the hotel, even after my flight was 2 hours delayed

I visited Dubai for the first time and had the pleasure of using the services of Peace Land Travel and Transport Company. It was an absolutely great experience from start to finish. The company provided top-notch services, and everything was well-organized and professional. I would like to extend a special thanks to all the drivers for their safe and punctual services. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and made my trip stress-free. I highly recommend Peace Land Travel and Transport to anyone visiting Dubai.

We got confirmation day before arrival, but no one showed up until I have to spend hours on the phone with Viator. Driver, show up later lake pretending nothing happened, with smile, don't even speak English or apologize. We are frosting and tired. When I booked this ride I did read reviews and decided that will be great experience to start my day. Unfortunately this company completely ruined ours start. Definitely not going to book this company again.

We had a seamless experience with this private transfer service in Dubai. The customer service was outstanding—our driver was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful in getting us smoothly to our second hotel. Everything was well-organized, punctual, and stress-free. We had booked a 7 days trip (9-15 Feb 2025) with Peace Land tours which included several attractions tickets and private transfers. We had a mixed experience. Booking: Booking experience was great. The adviser drafted an itinerary and modified it as per our wish. A WhatsApp group was created where several people from their organisation were added and it was our daily mode of communication. Overall a smooth experience. Private transfers: Most of our trip had private transfers, and we were provided Kia Sedona car which was comfortable. Going from point A to point B was not an issue. Pickup and drop from Airport were hassle free. City tour: City tour was not a good experience. The driver seemed to be unaware of the inclusions and what was promised in the itinerary. At one point he dropped us at a tram station instead of a monorail station. They could not cover all the places they had committed in the itinerary even over 2 days. City tour is best done with a dedicated city tour company with a guide. Their drivers are not guides. They simply drive you around Dubai. Marina Dhow cruise: The cruise was a great experience. We had upper deck tickets. We were on the Carnival cruise. The food was decent. The views of the Marina were amazing. Desert safari: Desert safari experience was ok. The 4x4 Toyota we were picked up in was in a bad shape with broken handles and trash in cup holders. The desert safari is an overhyped attraction in Dubai. Ferrari world: This was the biggest disappointment. We had opted to go to Ferrari world only and we had purchased tickets of the single park. We were given a shared transfer. However the shared transfer van was of Abu Dhabi city tour and they forced us to return at 6 PM while the park closes at 8 PM. Initially we were given only 5 hours and after we complained they gave us time till 6:30 but still picked us at 6:15 PM. We didn't even get time to have food that day. It was a major disappointment. We wish they had told us about the time limit at the time of booking or given us option of private transfer. Do not book your Ferrari world tickets with any travel agency in Dubai, they will bundle you along with Abu Dhabi city tour crowd and you will waste your time and money. Instead stay in Abu Dhabi for 2-3 days and book a combo of hotel + Yas Island park tickets which will be cheaper and better. You can book private transfers with this agency, it will not be a problem. Do not book city tour or Yas Island park tickets with them. You will not have a good experience. If you do book, insist on private transfer for parks and city tour with a city tour company in a bus.

This transportation service was very professional, on-time, and courtesy. The driver was friendly, helpful, and willing to accommodate.

We have to reach Burj khalifa on the top we have short time to reach there. We Contact to Peace Land Travel & Tourism for transfer. Thank God We reach safely and on time because of there Chauffeur Mr Hassan. Excellent service, very professional, car was neat a clean. Highly recommend. Thanks

No worries when Hassan is there. He was so amazing with my parents who are also elderly. He would guide us aptly so we don’t get lost and he also would show us the best places around
