Ophaallocaties en -tijden
**Ophaalservice vanaf de luchthaven:** Bij aankomst dient u uw bagage op te halen en naar de aankomsthal te gaan. Uw chauffeur wacht buiten de terminal in het ophaalgebied voor grondtransport met een bord met een oranje Cancun Travel Experience-logo. Gelieve uw bevestiging of identiteitsbewijs met foto te tonen bij het ophalen. Uw vervoer is precies 30 minuten na de landingstijd van uw vlucht klaar en kan tot 60 minuten na de landingstijd van uw vlucht wachten. Aankomsten: als u toevallig problemen ondervindt bij het vinden van uw chauffeur, ga dan naar een van de volgende ontmoetingspunten: - Terminal 2 (binnenlandse aankomsten) bij Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (internationale aankomsten) bij Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 bij Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 bij de welkomstbar **Ophalen bij hotel:** Uw exacte ophaaltijd wordt een dag voor vertrek van uw vlucht bevestigd, uw chauffeur zal u ontmoeten in de lobby van uw hotel. Gelieve uw bevestiging of identiteitsbewijs met foto te tonen bij het ophalen. Wees alsjeblieft klaar en wacht een paar minuten voor de bevestigde ophaaltijd, chauffeurs mogen maximaal 10 minuten wachten na de bevestigde ophaaltijd.

- Aankomsten : Uw vervoer zal klaar zijn op precies 30 minuten na uw vlucht landingstijd en kan wachten tot 60 minuten na uw vlucht landingstijd.
- Vertrek : Gelieve klaar te staan en te wachten in de lobby van uw hotel, chauffeurs mogen slechts maximaal 10 minuten wachten na de bevestigde ophaaltijd.
- Houd er rekening mee dat ophalen van / naar meerdere luchthaventerminals / hotels niet is toegestaan, ophaaltijden zijn gebaseerd op verkeers- / wegbeperkingen, eventuele verzoeken om wijzigingen worden beoordeeld en ingewilligd of afgewezen naar eigen goeddunken van de leverancier.
- Transferdiensten zijn niet inwisselbaar voor andere diensten/routes.

The driver and the person who met us at the airport were very courteous and polite! The drive was smooth
The worst service. Never book here. We booked and they never arrived, we requested a reservation and they never answered, much less arrived; they left us stranded at 23:00 at the Cancun airport.

Baggage claim was hell! Didn’t get our bags until over an hour after our flight landed and he waited for us. He was polite. He also I was very informative and pointed out a lot of places and things along the way to the hotel zone.
Our driver Adrian was there before we got through baggage claim. He was very pleasant and welcoming. His van was very clean and smell amazing. He even gave us recommendations on where to eat off of our resort. Great driver and no issues with our pick up and drop off! Would recommend 100%

Was so easy and he texted us to let him when where we were out. We stepped out of the terminal and he was there with our name on a sign.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. As a solo female traveler, I trusted this company to get me safely to the Cancun airport. Instead, my shuttle was involved in a serious highway collision. It was terrifying, and I later developed cuts and bruising from the accident. What happened after the crash was even more disappointing than the crash itself. The customer service I received was cold, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy. Rather than showing any concern for what I had experienced, every response felt focused on denying my request and avoiding responsibility for my experience as a customer. The company repeatedly relied on the fact that I initially said I was “okay” after the collision. What they fail to acknowledge is that I was alone in a foreign country, shaken, trying to make my flight, and not comfortable going to a hospital by myself. In that moment, I wasn’t thinking about documenting injuries or starting an insurance claim—I just wanted to get to the airport and get home safely. To repeatedly use that single response to dismiss everything that happened afterward felt incredibly insensitive. When I later requested the incident report and documentation, I was told they would not provide it unless I first obtained a medical report. Instead of treating me with compassion after such a frightening experience, I felt like I was being given excuses and roadblocks. This review isn’t about assigning fault for the accident itself—accidents can happen. It’s about how a company treats its customers afterward. I expected professionalism, empathy, and a genuine effort to make things right. Instead, I was met with dismissive responses and a complete lack of customer care. As someone traveling alone, that experience left me feeling frightened, unsupported, and deeply disappointed. I cannot recommend a company that responds this way when one of its passengers has just been through a serious collision.
