<p>The service was 5 star, but trying to contact the local company to confirm pickup time, as requested in the voucher was impossible. The person on the other end kept hanging up on me. Had to email Viator to confirm our pickup time.</p>
<p>My fellow travelers were awed by the size of the vehicle sent to transfer us from Holiday Inn Express to the cruise terminal. There were only 8 of us, so we had plenty of room on this bus! Driver was very helpful and knew where to take us. We were very pleased. Thank You!</p>
