Our driver,Arshak, arrived at the hotel early and picked us up to the Paris Gare du Nord railway station. He was very friendly, polite and very helpful. He told us what to expect inside the station and showed us where to enter the station. This is very helpful because there is construction outside the station and the car could not pull up to the front of the station

It was so nice to use this transfer service from our hotel to the train station! The driver was prompt - actually early, which was good, as we got behind a garbage pick-up truck on the narrow one-way street that our hotel was located on. But we got to the train station in good time - even early enough to jump on an earlier train to London. I would definitely recommend this service.

Booked an upmarket executive taxi from 5 star hotel to railway station. Driver and run to station was no problem Problem is paying a high fare for an executive taxi when a simple normal. Cheap taxi turned up. A complete con. I want money to be returned

If an executive-class vehicle was required, this should be selected at the time of booking, as it is a different category and price. We understand your concern but based on the booking details, the service you received matches the type you ordered. Unfortunately, in this case, a refund is not applicable.
