Disappointed. Private transfer was a regular taxi, with a meter clocking half the price that I was charged.

We had an hour and a half to disembark the plane, get through customs, get our luggage and make it to our cruise port and this service was what got us to the boat on time. They were quick to respond in WhatsApp after we landed and got us to our destination with time to spare. In the case that you find yourself ina similar situation, I definitely recommend this service. Our driver was polite and answered our questions along the ride.

When we met our driver we asked if he could take 2 more people that were going on our cruise. He said no but he would get them a driver. I told him no because they had already paid for a cruise transport, but he said that he would get them to drive with us and we wouldn’t need to pay extra. When we arrived at the port he said we would need to pay the other cab driver. After I clarified with him a few times he said he would take care of it and I was disappointed that we had to pay another 40 euros. Then I see that our other booked transport was cancelled.

Arrival in Barcelona the driver was very knowledgeable about the city. He was very professional and courteous. He took us for a tour of Barcelona. The return driver was punctual and very professional as well. While we did not have any extra time to get to the airport he was very professional as well.
