Great experience, my driver was kind and helpful. The entire transfer was very efficient, the driver arrived on time and was very accommodating. Thank you so much for providing such a smooth transfer! I would 100% recommend this service!
My pick up and transfer experience was smooth and as expected. We took the ferry, which I enjoyed the added bit of experience, since in my understanding there is another way through the express way. I recommend.
Thank you so much for your kind review. We’re delighted to hear that your transfer experience was smooth and met your expectations. Yes, there is also the Dongo Kundu Highway option; however, since we had enough time, we intentionally chose to go through the ferry so you could enjoy the unique experience. For prospective guests, we’re happy to arrange private transfers and trips to any destination along the coast — whether it’s Diani, Watamu, Malindi, Kilifi, Vipingo, or beyond — ensuring a comfortable and personalized journey every time. We truly appreciate your recommendation and look forward to welcoming you again on your next visit to the coast!
Great experience, enjoyed my stay and visits around diani and mombasa mainland. Thanks to Brian who picked us up right from the airport on time. Totally recommend BSTAN tours
These guys were so responsive, punctual, affordable and incredibly flexible as my flight arrived 12 hours late!! I’m so grateful and will absolutely use them again for hotel booking and all car transfers on my next trip to Mombasa.
The service is professional and effective, full marks 💯, starting from the airport pick-up, the driver's service is first-class, and he will answer any questions. Enthusiastic, very good attitude, absolutely praise!
