Haal instructies op van de luchthaven : "Na het inklaren van immigratie en douane, ga je verder met het ophalen van je bagage en ga je naar de uitgang. Bij het verlaten van de douane- en immigratiezone heeft u de mogelijkheid om uw ingecheckte bagage mee te nemen of deze naar de hoofdterminal te laten brengen voor ophalen. Houd er rekening mee dat u uw bagage NIET naar een andere terminal moet overbrengen, ga verder met het ophalen van uw bagage bij de terminal waar uw vlucht landt, omdat uw chauffeur daar op u wacht. Opmerking : Vergeet niet WhatsApp te downloaden op je telefoon en contact op te nemen met POLITTAN om het telefoonnummer van je toegewezen chauffeur te krijgen. Verlaat het gebouw niet zonder eerst contact op te nemen met de chauffeur. Terminal A : Haal uw bagage op niveau 2 op waar uw toegewezen chauffeur op u wacht met een bord met uw naam erop. Terminal B : Haal uw bagage op niveau 2 op waar uw toegewezen chauffeur op u wacht met een bord met uw naam erop. Terminal C : Haal uw bagage op niveau 6 op, ga door de gate, ga rechtdoor en zoek de "Meet & Greet"-zone waar de chauffeur op u zal wachten."

Very professional & friendly driver. The vehicle was sqeeky clean. He had snacks and water plus Disney gifts for children. Pleasant conversation for the hour drive. A real plus was the communication. The driver was not waiting. I had to try and find a number to contact the company, the number listed did not work. I finally found a way to to in touch with the driver. I then had to wait outside for the driver to finally show up.

I scheduled an airport pickup. I followed the instructions to notify the driver of our location upon landing. We only waited about 10 minutes. The driver and vehicle matched the information sent by Viator so we knew it was the correct car. Omar was very pleasant, the car was clean and the ride was smooth. The price was very reasonable. I would use this service again.

I scheduled an the shuttle in advance expecting a smooth and timely pickup, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes past our scheduled time, which was frustrating. Communication about the delay was also lacking, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations for a pre-booked service.

Never happened as to much hassle trying to find out where he was . We didn’t know the area and although we thought this was the way to be hassle free , it was very stressful so we ended up calling an uber and lost our money …
