We had a wonderful experience. Kimsath and Bunheak went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. They spoke amazing English and gave us lots of information and tips. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be using them when I come back to Siem Reap. Thank you so much again

We have booked an airport dropoff with Kimsath, and I can only say we wish we have met him before, since we would definitely have booked a tour with him to explore the city even better. Kimsath speaks fluent English, is very kind, polite, on time and super knowledgeable about Siem Reap. We would recommend Kimsath to everyone seeking a reliable guide.

Driver was not there when we came out of the airport. He eventually arrived after 15 minutes but we didn't see him because instead of my name on a piece of paper, he had it on his phone - green text against a coloured picture. It was 30 mins from our arrival to when we left the airport. No response to my attempts to contact. The car itself had broken suspension and poor air conditioning. It seemed incapable of doing the speed limit. The ride took 1 hour 1/2. Very unpleasant.

In reference to the issue raised, let me take this opportunity to share the following; 1- The Lateness: In fact, I personally arrived at the airport on time and found you looking for your name around, but maybe didn't notice your name on the iPad I held. And after that, you went and stood at the other side of the airport representative group. I also saw you standing there, but I admit that I was mistaken because I didn't go to you. 2. Name on a phone: In order to value customers, we use an iPad Air 2, not an A4 paper or a phone, to welcome our guests for the pickup, and it works really well. But we are regretful that it didn't work out with you. Or it could be the color we used. Thank you for raising this matter. We will change the text and background picture. This issue won't happen with our guests. 3. Response in the extranet communication: It was our mistake that we generally log in to the extranet on the computer in the office. This will be improved from now on. 4. Car condition: To be honest, the car had had a small scratch, but it's recently been polished. And the AC had no problem, but the problem we didn't check your preference. We will consistently check with our future guests. 5. Speed limit: Near the old market bridge is our official drop-off point. Imagine your hotel location. The hotel is located at other side of the old market, on a busy and narrow road, and we arrived in the busy evening. I am sure you still remember the scene from the old market to your hotel when we arrived. By the way, thanks for having booked the airport transfer with us, and we regret the incident caused. After a short flight from Phnom Penh, I was warmly greeted at SIA airport by Mr. Kimsath. He i friendly. He drove safely and professionally. The car is clean and comfortable. He dropped me off at a hotel and said thank you to me and drove out. I highly recommend him to everyone planning a visit to Siem Reap.

I recently arranged an airport transfer with Khmer Temples & Nature based on a friend's recommendation, and I am pleased to share my experience. Upon my arrival, Mr. Kimsath was at the airport to warmly greet me, holding a signboard with my name. He assisted me with my luggage to the vehicle and ensured a safe journey to Siem Reap town. The transfer from Siem Reap International Airport took approximately 50 minutes, during which I appreciated his extensive knowledge of the area. Mr. Kimsath kindly dropped me off at my reserved hotel. I highly recommend his services to anyone planning a trip to Siem Reap. I guarantee you will feel like home with his accompany.

there are 100s of guides and sites for temple visits dont look any further than william of khymer temples and nature, my shuttle was very prompt and professional, being a seasoned traveller(75) i would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Kimsath is a very friendly and professional. His English is impeccable and he is super knowledgable about Cambodia. The transfer from the airport was smooth and he drove very safely which I aprecciated a lot traveling with children. Highly reccomnended.
