I booked this private transfer via Agoda. I received an email from Agoda confirming my reservation, but I was a little worried that it would come as planned, so I texted the tour company's phone number and they responded immediately, giving me the car number and driver's contact information. And 5 minutes before that reservation time, they picked me up at the designated hotel and drove me safely to Lao Cai station. When I asked to see the border with China, he stopped on the way to show me around. It was a great help because I wanted to travel as effortlessly as possible on a family trip with children.
