Booked this car hire online a few weeks prior to arrival in Vancouver. They had great reviews, and very much lived up to them. Pedro from Vancouver Pacific Transfer contacted us a few days prior to our flight & arrival date. He also sent us a picture of the mtg spot once we cleared Customs & collected our luggage. We knew exactly where to meet him and the car to look for. The day of our travel our connecting flight from Chicago to Vancouver was delayed a few hours. Pedro was already tracking our flight delay when we reached out to him. Upon our late arrival to Vancouver airport, Pedro texted us when we landed. We met at the designated spot and Pedro drove us to our hotel. Along the way he shared a lot of insightful information about Vancouver city, this being our 1st time to the city. The SUV was right size for our luggage and passengers, and was very clean. Thanks to Pedro for his being so personable and professional. We would definitely recommend VPT for any of your car hire needs in the Vancouver area.

The whole drive to the airport experience with Pedro went extremely well. The day before the scheduled pickup I asked Pedro whether he would mind moving up the pickup by 30 minutes. He graciously agreed to do that. In face, all the pre-pickup communication was excellent. On the day of the pickup, Pedro actually arrived early, so we took off early, which was great. Pedro was very personable throughout the ride. We enjoyed getting to know his story a little. He just had a great attitude overall. Finally I was able to use funds accumulated through previous reservations with Viator to reduce the cost of the trip. Overall, an excellent experience!
