Very good service! He arrived earlier than expected and was very respectful.
45 minutes of waiting at the airport, and the driver demands an extra charge for the traffic jams, even though the traffic was heavy but hardly different from the usual traffic at that hour. So, no financial advantage compared to yellow taxis.
Unreliable, changes price on the interstate, refuses to continue if you don’t agree and pay
The driver was very nice and made a great effort to ensure we were comfortable during the ride. However, the vehicle was a bit old, but definitely unbeatable for the price!! From the airport, I had to pay the taxi €10 more, but I was not nearly as comfortable as I was in the shuttle.
The correspondence between the driver and myself was pretty good… Any issues or misunderstanding I had was with the way Viator doesn’t make things clear and easy way to communicate. But when I was able to communicate with my driver, the instructions were excellent, and they were very accommodating. All the people involved that I actually interacted with were extremely nice.
Be careful if your hotel is near Sultahnamet as it requires “extra charge”

I was very satisfied with the transportation service in Istanbul. From the beginning, everything was punctual and well organized, which made my experience very smooth and stress-free. The driver was extremely kind, attentive, and professional at all times. He made sure the trip was comfortable and was willing to help with anything I needed, which I truly appreciated, especially being in a new city. Overall, I consider it an excellent service: reliable, comfortable, and with outstanding customer care. I would definitely use it again and highly recommend it.
