Booked our airport transfers with Rento (Taila Travel) for both legs — IST to the hotel and back out to SAW at the end of the trip — and honestly, no complaints at all. The driver was waiting at arrivals when we landed, holding up a sign with a pre-set code instead of our actual name, which I actually appreciated. Small thing, but nice not having your name on display for anyone at the arrivals hall to see. He helped with the bags right away, no standing around trying to find each other. The car was clean and comfortable, which after a long flight matters more than you'd think. Traffic in Istanbul can get messy, but he knew the roads well and got us to the hotel quickly. For the return leg, we actually booked super last minute and still got a better price than every online quote we checked at the time. Wasn't expecting that. The driver showed up right on time to the hotel and checked in about the flight and traffic conditions. There was a tunnel charge on the way that we hadn't planned for, and we didn't have cash on us — he sorted out a card payment for it without making it a whole thing, just handled it and kept driving. We had zero stress about making our flight. Communication throughout was easy — quick replies, clear pickup times, no last-minute surprises. Honestly better value than some of the transfer companies I've used in other cities. Would book with them again without hesitation and recommend Rento to anyone flying into Istanbul.

It was a disappointing experience, first of all the instructions to reach to their office was very clear but after that was the problem. I registered my name with one of their representative at 9:46am and he said to just wait for your car, i waited until 10:37 with no action from their side despite my try’s to ask them “where is my car”, at that time I decided to call the driver my self, and within one to two minutes he was with me. So i lost almost an hour for nothing?????
Highly recommended! Very reasonably priced, picked us up in a 9 seater (only 2 travellers) both ways without any additional charge. Drivers were friendly and gave commentary along the way of locals sights. Only issue we had was the aircon was broken on the first van on our journey to hotel, which made the ride slightly uncomfortable. Would 100% use again!
