Dit neemt de stress weg van het moeten vinden van vervoer naar een nieuwe bestemming, voor dezelfde prijs als een taxi vanaf de lijn. Onze chauffeurs zijn zorgvuldig gekozen locals met uitstekende Engels sprekende vaardigheden die u zullen introduceren in Parijs op weg naar uw accommodatie. We bieden vluchttracering in geval van vertragingen en 60 minuten gratis wachttijd. Voordat je wordt opgehaald, ontvang je alle gegevens van je bestuurder, inclusief de foto om hem gemakkelijk te herkennen in de aankomsthal. Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Uw Welcome Pickups-chauffeur wacht op u op de geselecteerde ophaallocatie en tijd. Voorafgaand aan uw rit ontvangt u de gegevens van uw chauffeur, waaronder hun naam, telefoonnummer en autogegevens, zodat u ze gemakkelijk kunt herkennen. Uw chauffeur komt op tijd en staat klaar om u en eventuele speciale verzoeken te helpen voordat u aan uw reis begint. Houd er rekening mee dat onze sightseeingtours niet automatisch inclusief ophalen of wegbrengen naar de luchthaven zijn. Als u uw tour op de luchthaven wilt beginnen of eindigen, selecteert u gewoon de optie met airport pick-up inbegrepen bij het boeken indien beschikbaar. Deel eventuele speciale wensen, zoals reizen met een hulpdier of het nodig hebben van extra assistentie, bij het boeken van uw rit. Dit zorgt voor een soepele en plezierige ervaring voor u.

- Voor 1 - 4 personen : Een comfortabele sedan wordt toegewezen aan uw groep.
- Voor 5 - 8 personen : Een ruime minibus wordt toegewezen aan uw groep.
- Elke reiziger mag maximaal 1 koffer en 1 handbagage meenemen. Oversized of overmatige bagage (bijvoorbeeld surfplanken, golfclubs of fietsen) kan aan beperkingen onderhevig zijn – informeer voorafgaand aan de reis bij de operator om te bevestigen of uw overbagage kan worden ondergebracht. Let op : Als uw groep bestaat uit 4 reizigers en elke persoon heeft grote bagage, kan een minivan nodig zijn voor een comfortabele pasvorm. Om er zeker van te zijn dat er een minibusje wordt toegewezen, reserveert u voor 5 passagiers.
- Tijdens uw rit dienen onze chauffeurs als informele lokale gidsen – ze delen verhalen, geschiedenis en lokale tips bij elke halte. Houd er rekening mee dat bestuurders geen toegang hebben tot musea of archeologische gebieden, maar ze zorgen ervoor dat u het meeste uit uw bezoek haalt met suggesties en achtergrondinformatie voordat u op eigen houtje op ontdekking gaat.
- Sommige haltes op uw reisroute kunnen op de reisdatum gesloten zijn vanwege feestdagen, onderhoud of speciale evenementen. We raden u aan de openingstijden te controleren op de officiële website van de attractie of contact met ons op te nemen voordat u vertrekt. Mocht een halte onverhoopt gesloten zijn, dan proberen wij een passend alternatief te bieden.

On our day of arrival in Paris, Dean expertly navigated my family through all the sites as well as hidden views. Don’t hesitate book this tour with Dean you will get tremendous insight into the city and wonderful pictures to remember it by.
This is the absolute best tour! Osman was above and beyond our expectations! We had a 7 hour layover in Paris and wanted to make the most of our time. We saw all the hot spots and he got us back to the airport in perfect time
We booked our transfer for Charles DeGaulle airport to our hotel through Welcome Pickups. When I booked our trip I noted that we had 2 passengers and 2 pieces of luggage ( I didn't know that carry ons would be counted as luggage). When the driver arrived he told us that we had 4 pieces of luggage. I offered to pay more for our 2 extra "pieces of luggage" but the driver said that he could not take us because he did "not have room in his vehicle". and it "would not be safe". I later saw on our confirmation with Welcome Pickups that he was driving a Lexus NX which would have easily accommodated our bags. He was essentially finding a loophole in his business arrangement to charge me while doing no work. He recommended that we take a taxi and he left. We were charged full price by Welcome Pickups and then had to pay a taxi 65 Euros (which was a great ride in a Toyota Camry and cost 20 Euros less than the 85 Euros that Welcome Pickups essentially stole from me. I contacted customer service at Welcome Pickups but they only offered me a 20 Euro credit for a future ride. Not going near this company again. By the way, I almost always give 5 star reviews. STAY AWAY from Welcome Pickups!!

Booked and prepaid ahead of time. Best price for transfer from CDG Airport to Paris Centre compared to other services. Driver (Osman) was great. Even though our flight arrived way early (one hour early) he was able to pick us up very shortly after. Spoke English and along the ride he did give us details of what we are seeing and tip about our stay in Paris. We also used the service and same driver to transfer from hotel to airport when we left. Highly recommended.
Our driver was great. He picked us up in Paris. I love the fact that he spoke English. We got a little bit of sightseeing on the way to the hotel. But the best part was having somebody at the hotel, waiting on us to help with our luggage and get us safely to our hotel.
There was a driver swap at the last minute. Driver was late for pickup. The tour was really not a tour; the name of sections of the city we were traveling to from airport where pointed out, and the futball stadium.

Beware! My flight from Paris to Philadelphia was canceled and I found another way out and had to change my pick up from 11:00am to 6:45pm. The Paris driver was notified at 2:00am the night before when I found out my flight was canceled.My driver, Yan ignored me. The next day he got back to me. He said he had a conflict and to let customer service know I need another driver. It is impossible to get a hold of a live person, I was on an AI chat and then Daria who was supposed to be a live person but she only gave me the same robotic and unhelpful answer over and over. So since my driver, Yan said he wasn't available then I was STUCK. No refund, and no one will pick me up. I was stranded and they said it is up to the sub contracted driver to pick me up at the new time but I still had to pay him/Welcome Pickups. Of course he will say no; he still gets paid! I tried to call and the phone center did not work! There is NO WAY of getting a hold of anyone if there is a change and they offered no alternative driver and no refund. Horrible business practices and dishonest. I was in Paris solo and stranded. I was at the hotel, and two other guests were complaining about Welcome Pickups. If there are any changes to your flight, they refuse to help you and keep the money. I can not even email them, there is no email for customers ONLY drivers. Trust me, BEWARE! Look into them further.....shady, at least in Paris. Even the hotel front desk woman was shocked by how impossible it was to get in touch with them. So they were fine with no issues, but if your flight gets canceled, you are stuck and still have to pay.

As soon as I made my hotel reservations I got a link offering this airport transfer service. The booking was very easy to do and the cost just as competitive than taking a taxi. We had someone waiting fur us as soon as we exited the luggage area. This is one of the easiest processes I’ve had in a long time. We loved it and it was no hassle. Couldn’t ask for a nicer driver. The guy was super professional and friendly. We had no communication issues. My wife typically doesn’t like it when people drive fast but not a single complaint from her. The driver got us to the hotel quickly and it was a smooth ride. Nice and clean vehicle with plenty of space for our luggage. Definitely would use this service and the driver again.
Excellent service from drivers and punctual. Recommend. However, scheduling on line not user friendly and accurate. I still had to call to clarify my information, but it wasn’t showing on my reservations. Then I was still getting emails that they needed the same information I provided. Need to improve their on line reservations system.
Kind driver, but we paid extra to go with welcome pickups and expected a decent car and an efficient ride. Sadly our driver’s car had some issue with the engine, so the ride was really shaky and uncomfortable. He also took really small roads in order to avoid highway tolls and drove well below the speed limit (70 on a 110 km/h road), all of which meant we arrived 20-25 min later than normal. It was a late night and not much traffic at all, so he had no reason to avoid the highways other than save money, which is a bit annoying considering we spent 170€ on a 1h 30 min ride.
