Uw Welcome Pickups-chauffeur wacht op u op de geselecteerde ophaallocatie en tijd. Voorafgaand aan uw rit ontvangt u de gegevens van uw chauffeur, waaronder hun naam, telefoonnummer en autogegevens, zodat u ze gemakkelijk kunt herkennen. Uw chauffeur komt op tijd en staat klaar om u en eventuele speciale verzoeken te helpen voordat u aan uw reis begint. Deel eventuele speciale wensen, zoals reizen met een hulpdier of het nodig hebben van extra assistentie, bij het boeken van uw rit. Dit zorgt voor een soepele en plezierige ervaring voor u.

- Elke reiziger mag maximaal 1 koffer en 1 handbagage meenemen. Oversized of overmatige bagage (bijvoorbeeld surfplanken, golfclubs of fietsen) kan aan beperkingen onderhevig zijn – informeer voorafgaand aan de reis bij de operator om te bevestigen of uw overbagage kan worden ondergebracht. Let op : Als uw groep bestaat uit 4 reizigers en elke persoon heeft grote bagage, kan een minivan nodig zijn voor een comfortabele pasvorm. Om er zeker van te zijn dat er een minibusje wordt toegewezen, reserveert u voor 5 passagiers.

- Informatie over onze tours en chauffeurs : Tijdens uw rit dienen onze chauffeurs als informele lokale gidsen – verhalen, geschiedenis en lokale tips delen bij elke halte. Houd er rekening mee dat bestuurders geen toegang hebben tot musea of archeologische gebieden, maar ze zorgen ervoor dat u het meeste uit uw bezoek haalt met suggesties en achtergrondinformatie voordat u op eigen houtje op ontdekking gaat.

Very disappointing service Despite being in constant contact, the driver left after 60 minutes while we were still waiting for delayed baggage, without any warning. Clearer communication and some flexibility would have avoided the situation. The follow-up communication by email was very good, clear and professional, and the amount paid was compensated with a voucher for a future transfer. A fair resolution. As they say: “The operation was successful, the patient died.” The money was compensated; the ruined evening wasn’t.

Driver was knowledgeable of the area
We used Welcome Pickups for transfer from the airport to the ship and back again. On the way back we also booked a 1 hour city tour. Dimitris was our driver and he was very friendly and even got us a pastry to try! He made sure we saw a lot of Athens in our short one hour tour and we really appreciated it!
Great company always on time and very friendly drivers
We were referred by the Silken Hoteles in Barcelona and we were extremely impressed with the service. The drivers were prompt, polite and professional. Our city tour guide did a nice job of showing us the city and sharing his knowledge and experience.
We booked a transfer from airport to Hotel , excellent service.we were delayed coming through passport control but driver very kindly waited for us once we informed him of our delay
Glykeria was in constant contact with us by the time we arrived at port. She ensured that we saw much of the city before directing us to our apartment, even arranging to have our bags dropped off prior to check-in time. She was very easy to understand and certainly knew the history of this awesome location.
Giannis was excellent. He was nice, knowledgable, and helpful for our coming stay. He helped us find the WC in the arrivals area, even when he was outside waiting for us.
Welcome transfers are great and Barcelona add on sightseeing was a plus but the Athens add on tour lacked coordination. An add on was not completed. Instead, two drivers were assigned; one for transfer with an adequate sized vehicle and a separate driver in an inadequate sized vehicle for sightseeing add on which did not happen. Don't offer and charge for an add on you can't coordinate. We paid for the add-on but di not receive and are waiting on customer service to respond. We were very satisfied with the transfers that were completed.
