Ons bedrijf “Romeasy.it” Nadat u uw bagage heeft opgehaald, gaat u door de douane en naar buiten in de aankomsthal Het eerste contact vindt telefonisch plaats,zodra ze op hun bestemming aankomen. Dan worden ze verwacht bij het verzamelpunt van de luchthaven, / limo servicenummer , of Port net onder uw cruiseschip , met een bord met achternaam erop geschreven. The driver was waiting for us as planned holding a sign with my name on it which made him easy to locate. He was pleasant & had to lug my extremely heavy luggage. We were led to a clean, air conditioned van that was roomy & spacious. He got us to the airport in 45 min so we had time to spare prior to our flight. Thank you Carlo for a uneventful, safe ride. I will definitely use this transportation service again.

Our driver was right on time we got notification the day before everything went very smoothly. Along our ride to the airport he informed us of different things in the area.
The driver never showed up and it was difficult to reach him. The reason given is unacceptable. The reservation was paid and confirmed. He eventually found us another driver. This one cost us 210 euros, which is 358 Canadian dollars, while the reservation had cost 201 Canadian dollars. This therefore cost us an additional $157 compared to the initial booking. We are therefore very disappointed, and this has caused us a lot of stress.

Driver showed up 20min late. Every other car service we used was always early. Couldn’t contact the driving service without calling Viator since they didn't respond to messages or calls. Poor communication. For the cost, I expected much better.
