We booked a private round-trip transfer from the airport to our hotel, which was about 1 hour and 35 minutes away, and the service was excellent. The driver was prompt, professional, and very friendly. The ride was comfortable, smooth, and stress-free after traveling. Communication was great, and they made sure we got safely to the hotel and back to the airport on time. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable transportation.

Communicated with CarvilleToursJa through Viator booking platform and it was a complete fail. When we left Miami airport I sent them a message regarding our flight times…. And again when we landed and waiting on the curb to be picked up. We didn’t see anyone with our name on the sign (hard to miss since there were only 4 signs total). We waited and tried to reach someone for about an hour after landing and we received no communication from driver on the platform, nor WhatsApp, nor phone call/text.
Our driver went above and beyond. He got us to our destination quickly and safely while providing a wealth of local information. He deserves ten stars! Thank you so much.

Friendly service. Greeted with a HUGE genuine smile. Our driver pointed out landmarks and told us stories along the way. Trip was about 90minutes. Our family felt safe. There were seatbelts and the driver had open windows so we could get ventilation. The return transfer was also great. The same driver showed up on time. Same genuine hospitality. If you want a reliable private transfer from the airport, we recommend using this company.
