This was our 2nd time using Mr. Reasonable for travel from Montego Bay to Negril and back. Service was excellent again, on time, great drivers and communication prior to and while we were there. It’s always comforting when traveling knowing not to worry about transportation, especially upon arrival and departure. Highly recommend.

On our first trip ever to Jamaica we selected this company for private transport from the airport to our resort. Our experience on our first visit convinced us that any subsequent trips to Jamaica, only Dasani would be our choice for transportation. From start to finish, they were professional and went above and beyond to provide us a first-rate experience. Firstly, I made an error on the online reservation and entered the wrong flight number. They made the effort to research the flights for that day and dispatched a driver to the airport to await our arrival. We were concerned that our driver might be hard to find outside the very busy airport. We need not have worried. We spotted the driver immediately outside the airport, front and center, holding a sign with my name. Our driver, Kirk, was the absolute best! He presented us with a glass of bubbly and a warm smile and proceeded to make us feel extremely welcome. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He entertained and educated us with stories of Jamaica’s rich history and culture. On the day of departure, Kirk arrived early, loaded our luggage and we were off to the airport for our return flight home. From start to finish, Kirk provided us the best customer service. We highly recommend Dasani! We had a fabulous experience with ZERO complaints!
Drivers were friendly, courteous, and got me to and from my destinations smoothly. Also, communicating with this company was easy. My flight was delayed twice and i had no issues updating them on my last minute flight changes and transportation updates. I will certainly use them again!
