John was very accommodating when we arrived at 12:50AM and called to let him know we landed. He informed that our driver (Simon) was already at the airport and where he was waiting for us. We ended up with lost baggage and were delayed completing paperwork and Simon waited nearly an hour for us to come out of baggage claim area. We were so apologetic but he understood our dilemma and was very kind. He offered suggestions to us during the drive and shared a little Malta history/culture. It made a challenging start to our trip a little bit more pleasant.

Talking about nearby attractions as we drove past them. The driver was very friendly and polite. He offered us a great deal of advice and information about sights.

I booked this supposedly very nice car to get us from the airport to the hotel. Despite waiting at least 25 minutes after getting our luggage, and despite repeated phone calls to the provider who repeatedly assured me that the driver was at the airport, no one showed up. We stood where the provider told us to stand to wait for the driver but no luck. Do not use this service. We ended up getting a cab and I will contest any effort by this provider to charge me.

Driver was waiting us on time. Nice driving. Helpful with our bags. Everything on schedule. He gave us Also directions how to go on foot to our hotel since he was not able to take us exactly outside to it.

Booked through Booking.com for both a transfer from airport to apartment in Mellieha and for the return journey. Both drivers were punctual, polite, friendly, and very professional. We will definitely use this company again.

Very rude and disrespectful. Didn’t greet us and didn’t help with our bags to the car or to put our bags in the car. Left our bags in the middle of the street. Please do not use the company. You will be left feeling violated.
