There was nobody waiting at the airport with a sign to meet us. Only found the driver by ringing telephone number Why not be in a prominent position for visitors exiting the airport

As analytically described at the message once you made the booking, it was clearly stated that the communication is realized via whatsapp. You informed us that you landed and we asked you to inform us once you receive your luggages so that the driver will come at the arrivals which you never did . Only when you called us, within 2 minutes the driver was there to meet you. We think that our guidelines are clear from the beginning and if they were not we are always available to contact us so we really don't understand your review for expecting something that we didn't tell you that was going to happen . The most professional, friendly and genuine people/business in Santorini. Angelo and Konstantina became our friends during our trip than a service. They really went above and beyond for us and have actually offered to help us out with selecting a wedding venue when we intend to return in 2025 for the big day. I cannot recommend these guys enough to anybody reading this, they are honestly the nicest and most genuine people on the island who will go above and beyond for their customers to ensure the perfect trip!
