We pre-booked this car service trip to the cruise port from a hotel (Moxy) in Barcelona. They did not show up on time or contact us. We contacted them after waiting 10 min and they kept saying 15 min. After wasting 40 min waiting we walked to the nearest train station with all our luggage in the heat and took the train to the port. Luckily we had that option. I’m not sure if the issue is the city on port days or the arranged car services since city taxis are the preferred method of transportation in Spain. However the other party we travelled with had the same issue both to the port as well as on pick up day with a prearranged service. It seems very unreliable. My guidance would be stay at a walkable distance or train distance from the port if taking a cruise from Barcelona, especially in the summer.

Driver was on time for pickup. My only feedback is reading the notes prior to accepting the assignment. There were 8 adults with 16 suitcases and I made sure I added that information to the notes. The vehicle waa not equipped to hold our group and luggage

Guide was great! Showed up early, helped with bags and got us where we needed to go! Took extra care and effort.

We were promised 2 busses to take 26 people and their luggage to the cruise port. Viator sent 4 taxi cars which could not hold our family and their luggage. So we had to pay for two additional taxi cars to transport our people and their luggage. We had already confirmed 3 times that 2 busses would arrive at the hotel to pick up 26 guests and their luggage. Blessings

The driver confirmed his arrival at the Leonardo Hotel Fira via WhatsApp, and SMS/Text. The driver was professional, courteous, and friendly with a willingness to assist us in our transfer to Royal Caribbean Cruise Port.

Driver was nice and friendly however he called us from our hotel lobby for pick up 50 minutes early. Our scheduled time was 12 noon - he arrived at 11:10 am to pick us up citing bad traffic around the port. We appreciated this -however we were not prepared to leave at 11:10 when we booked pick up at 12 noon (our cruise check in time was 1-1:30 pm). Better communication was needed as a call from our hotel lobby was not ideal especially when we tried to confirm earlier in the morning with no response. We were able to get our family of 6 out of the hotel quickly but it added a lot of extra stress to start our vacation. As noted, the driver was very friendly and got us to the port within 20 minutes - just after 12 - our original time - and 1 hour before we could check into our ship. When booking, just be aware that your driver may arrive up to an hour before the scheduled time so just be ready!

Came back on disney dream. Had second seating breakfast walked right off for 9am pickup. The port didn’t require passport check or customs. Car was clean and odor-free. Very few taxis available so book ahead!
