Our travel agent booked this transportation from our hotel to train station. It cost $70.68. The photo on Viator site shows a black van. However, a regular marked taxi showed up (we verified it was the correct driver) and he drove us 1 km to the station. Again, it cost $70.68 and it was only a 1 km drive. Had we called a taxi on our own, the trip would have cost less than 10 euros!! Do better, Viator!! This was a terrible rip off!

Your reservation also included a pre-arranged private transfer service with meet-and-greet assistance, scheduled pickup, and accommodation for your group’s 8 pieces of luggage, which would not have fit in a regular taxi vehicle. Pricing for pre-booked private transfers is based not only on distance, but also on vehicle category, luggage capacity, guaranteed availability, and personalized service. The driver was on time and helped with luggage. The car was roomy and comfortable. It was actually a taxi but the fact that I was able to choose time and place and the size of the vehicle made it worth it. 4 people 6 pieces of luggage

Guy arrived in a TAXI. …… other than take luggage out of trunk there was no help $68.00. on my credit card. BUT $10.00 on Taxi meter. TOTAL RIP OFF

Excellent and professional driver who took us from our hotel to the Barcelona-Sants train station. He was so kind and attentive...he almost took us all the way in to our train platform!
