Ik ben een geaccrediteerde chauffeur / Gids en zal op de luchthaven of in de cruiseschiphaven zijn met uw naambord om u veilig naar elk hotel in het zuidelijke zonegebied van Rio te rijden. Ipanema, Copacabana of Leblon bijvoorbeeld. Ik zal u ook voorzien van waardevolle informatie over Rio. Waar te gaan, wat te doen, etc. Neem contact met ons op zodra u de boeking maakt, zodat we uw transfer in of uit kunnen organiseren.

I was upset when Viator was not there to pick us up when booked way ahead. Had to find an English speaking agent to help me see they had cancelled. Then… Missed two uber pickups because my husband had given up the wheelchair service when we got to our pickup location and took forever trying to walk to the Uber pickup area. Needless to say it was a very frustrating beginning to our trip and I gave a bad review initially. However I must say that I have used Viator numerous times in the past and referred to friends because I trust them. I believe this case was a miscommunication due to my phone service as well as the 2-hour flight delay ground stop. Therefore I would not recommend this experience to a friend but I would still recommend Viator.
I am surprised to see that Tripadvisor has allowed this review to be shown here. Here’s what happened: the flight was going to be late for about 3 hours. Have called Viator, before the lady was on the plane, and they’ve authorized me to cancel the transfer. A 3-hour wait in unacceptable, they’ve said. Therefore, I’ve marked this booking as a NO-SHOW. And I’ve also agreed to give her a full refund. The passenger knew what was happening. Viator and myself have both contacted her and finding a transfer upon arrival was all she had to do. There was no miscommunication as stated above.
Our experience was excellent. We were late and had baggage issue with Latam. Flsvio was in communication and waited for us through the entire ordeal with Latam. We are using them for our return trip to the airport. Highly recommend!
